Instructions to Bidders:

1. This BOQ reflects a standard Tier-wise specification: 1 (One) Tier-1 site and 6 (Six) Tier-2 sites across IAAD (Indian Audit & Accounts Department) offices in India. Exact site locations shall be intimated by CAG at the time of order placement. The BOQ, specifications, and quantities are identical across all 6 Tier-2 sites.

2. There are two BOQ sheets: "Tier 1 - Site" (for the single Tier-1 site) and "Tier 2 - Standard Site" (the common BOQ applicable to each of the 6 Tier-2 sites across IAAD offices in India).

3. Bidders should quote the rate for ONE Tier-2 site on the "Tier 2 - Standard Site" sheet. The Summary sheet automatically multiplies this per-site total by 6 to arrive at the combined value for all six Tier-2 sites — do NOT enter a pre-multiplied total.

4. On each BOQ sheet, item rows shown in BOLD (Sl.No. A, B, C, ...) are the primary billable line items. Sub-rows (i., ii., a., b., ...) are the specification / inclusion breakdown of the item above them and are shown for technical reference.

5. Bidders should enter the Unit Rate (Rs.) only in the yellow-highlighted "Unit Rate (Rs.)" cells provided against each billable item (Unit + Qty populated). The Amount column will calculate automatically.

6. All rates quoted shall be EXCLUSIVE of GST. Applicable GST must be entered separately in the "GST %" cell at the bottom of each BOQ sheet — the Grand Total (Incl. GST) per site will calculate automatically.

7. Please quote for the complete scope of work for each Tier as listed. Partial quotes will not be considered.

8. The Summary sheet consolidates: Tier-1 total (x1 site) + Tier-2 total (x6 sites) = Grand Total for the entire tender. This updates automatically from the two BOQ sheets.

9. In case of any discrepancy between this BOQ and the RFP document, the RFP document (Scope of Work for Proposed Solution) shall prevail.

Note: Where the RFP groups several specification bullets under a single billable item (e.g., all sub-features of the Integrated Smart Rack Data Centre Solution under item "A"), only item "A" carries a Rate/Amount cell — the bullets beneath it are inclusions of that one Set, not separately priced items.

Note: "Combined Total" = Per-Site Total (Incl. GST) × No. of Sites. Tier-2 rate is quoted once (on the "Tier 2 - Standard Site" sheet) and applied identically to all 6 Tier-2 locations across IAAD offices in India, since the BOQ, specifications, and quantities are identical across all Tier-2 sites as per the RFP.
