PROVISION OF MEDICAL GAS PIPE LINE SYSTEM FOR COVID WARD-I AND II AT MH RAMGARH UNDER PARA35 OF DWP 2020 UNDER GE RAMGARH CANTT

Cutting out bricks, forming toothing for, and bonding new into old work including value of new materials entering old walls and jointing and pointing (measured on vertical face in contact with old wall only), jointing and pointing in cement moratar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels, beams , bends etc. including necessary form work and chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and dircted.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on wall , etc including necessary preparation complete all as specified and dircted.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters incl box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F framed work such as grill granting etc with end of bars shouldred and/or revated or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron dors and similar works conferming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 including all necessary welding complete all as spd and directed by Engr-In-Charge all as specified and dircted.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and dircted.

S& F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. Exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and dircted.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars up to 10mm dia in strrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and dircted..

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply, installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of the following Medical Gas Pipe Line System conforming to the specification and relevant Indian Standards. The warranty period for the stysem will be 12 months from the date of commissioning and handing over same except any civil and other electrical works. Note : (i) Demo of training to the medical staff for operating the system will be responsible by the contractor. (ii) The comprehensive maintenance for a period of one year from the date of handing over to the user will be held responsible by the contractor and any complaint received the same should be rectified within 24 hours without any reason.

(a) Oxygen

(i) Control panel semi automatic alongwith Non return Valve, bar line pressure as per standard suitable for 4+4 Oxyzen manifold system complete all as specfied and as directed. Make : Mediland Engineering/ Life Care Devices/Swastik/Hindustan

(ii) 4+4 oxygen manifold Make :V- tech/PCL/Amico

(iii) Surface S bracket assist valve oxygen gas outlet points Make: Amiko/Varsha/Active

(iv) Oxygen flow meter 0-15 LP M with humidifier bottle Make: GHL/Varsha/Active

(v) 2 + 2 size emergency supply system for oxygen with regulator (without cylinder) Make :V- tech/Amiko/Varsha/Active

(vi) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Area alarm (3 gas) complete all as specified and directed Make:V-Tech/Ingersoll/Ahuwalia

(b) Vaccum

(i) Vaccum System of the IR vaccum pump model 0.1 No with fly wheel, motor slide rails , V- Belts and Motor Pully complete with electricals No of Cyleinders, two piston displacement 58 CFM (apporx) Base Frame with 5 HP motor , Vacuum receiver of 500 liters capacity filters make : Indoair . (ii) Surface S bracket SS valve vaccum / suction gas outlet points Make: Amiko/Varsha/Active

(iv) Vacuum HP antistatic rubber tube.

(v) Vacuum Probe

(vii) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Vacuum Tank complete all as specified and as directed. Make :V- tech/Ingersoll/Ahu Walia

(viii) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Vacuum filter assemble complete all as specified and as directed. Make : V- tech/Ingersoll/Ahu Walia

(d) Copper pipes : Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical gas pipe line of grade EW 53348 with imported fitting. Solid drawn, seamless di-oxide, non arsenical, half hard tempered and degressed, manufecturered as per the BS 2871 part 1 table -X of 1971 or similar ISI standard and chemical MEX flow complete all as specified and as directed.
