TENDER FOR IN-TRAIN VENDING CONTRACTS FOR SUPPLY OF TEA/SNACKS, LUNCH, TEA/SNACKS BETWEEN MAO-PNVL SECTION IN TRAIN 10116 MAO-BDTS EXPRESS OVER KONKAN RAILWAY.

a) The bidder must have average annual turnover of three times of Reserve Price in last three financial years. The bidder should submit Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 or turn over certificate issued by Chartered Accountant. b) Bidder has to submit Income Tax returns for last three assessment years i.e. for AY 2023-24 , AY2024-25 & AY 2025-26.

Bank Solvency Certificate issued by Nationalized /Scheduled Bank for an amount of two times the Reserve Price and not older than one year to be enclosed

Registration/License issued under Food Safety and Standards Act 2006.

Status of bidder : a)Individual / Proprietor : Please enclose relevant documents. b)Partnership Firm : Registered under the Partnership Act., 1932. Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary). c)Company : competent to enter into contract under the Indian Contract Act 1972. Please enclose Memorandum & Articles of Association with certificate of incorporation and date of commencement of business etc.

Experience : Bidder should have experience of minimum three years on running of in-train vending contracts / pantry cars services or any catering establishments. Please enclose proof.

Copy of Permanent Account No.(PAN) issued by Govt. of India.

'No Dues Certificate' from Catering Inspector / Station-in-Charge / Office- in-charge in case of existing contractors.

Attested copy of GST Registration Certificate issued by relevant authorities.

Details of existing / present contract / establishments held by the applicant over Konkan Railway and Indian Railways (self-attested format as per Annexure- D). In case no establishment/contract is there, please submit a duly signed undertaking stating the same.

The applicants falling in land loser category should enclose the copies of following documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. 1.Copy of Land acquisition letter issued by Special Land Acquisition Officer, Konkan Railway. 2.In case of land acquired by KRCL is jointly held by more than one holder then all those joint land holders of such land will be treated as land loser, subject to certificate from concern authorities showing the name of the land holders and details of land lost. 3.Certificate issued by Tahsildar indicating percentage of land lost with respect to total land held by the land loser. 4.RTC or 7/12 (Record of Rights & Geni ) of the land indicating the details of extent of land, owner etc., at the time of acquisition by KRCL or Form I & IV.

In case of land losers, attach an affidavit stating that none of the family members have been given employment in KRCL.

Bidder should not be debarred / blacklisted / banned by KRCL or Railways or any other CPSUs.
