Supply installation, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set coupled with alternator AC to Give continuous output of 320 KVA at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, diesel engine liquid cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with in built fuel tank of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacture's instructions, vibration damper pads, micro processed based relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel showing all parameters of engine & alternator, sound proof canopy & other accessories etc. and confirming to the under mentioned technical specifications as per Model No. GPWII-PIV-320 or equivalent in Ashok Leyland/Greaves Cotton/Cummins complete in all respect as specified & directed.

(A) DIESEL ENGINE : 4/6 cylinders, water cooled, turbo charged,1500 RPM under NTP conditions conforming to IS -4722, CPCB Board -IV + Norms HSN Code -85021200 BS-5000, IEC-34/1, ISO 8528, BS-5514, ISO-3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for 12 Hrs of continuous operation as per Model No. GPWII-PIV-320 or equivalent in complete with the following accessories. (a) Radiator with blower fan with guard (b) Pipe coupling for cooling system (c) Coolant inhibitor (d) Filters for fuel/lube oil (e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel suitable for alternator (f) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing (g) Shut off coil protection with safeties for LLOP /HWT/ Over speed/high and low DC voltage. (h) Dry type heavy duty replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator and vacuum indicators . (j) Residential silencers. (k) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows. (l) Motor driven priming pump.(m) Electric starter motor(n) Battery charging alternator. (o) Exhaust piping made out of "C" class MS Pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary support as per manufacturer’s recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap. (p) Mineral wool insulation covered with aluminium sheets for the entire length of exhaust pipe as per manufacturers recommendations.(q) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning.(r) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity between batteries and controller.(s) Fuel pipe. (t) Self starter 24 volts DC.

(B) ALTRERNATOR : 320 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging, 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation band of voltage ± 1% of rated voltage from no load to full load insulation class H, self ventilated and conforming to CPCB Board IS4722, BS5000, IEC 34/1, IS0 8528, BS5514, I503046, suitable for above mentioned diesel engine. (C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Factory made acoustic enclosure (canopy) . (E) Automatic Main Failure (AMF) control panel:- Indoor type, factory fabricated cubical type, free standing, floor mounted, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear door & hinged front door for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet powder coated CPRI approved comprising of :- (i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole, MCCB 630 Amps-02Nos, micro process based with thermal and magnetic release setting 70% to 100% rupturing capacity 25 KA make Siemens or Legrand two Nos. each one for commercial and DG set incoming supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating engine start and stop complete as specified and directed. (ii) Digital ammeter (0-500 amps) and voltmeter (0-500 Volts) with selector switch (iii) Digital frequency meter. (iv) Digital power factor meter (-1.0 to +1.0) (v) Indicating lamps for supply "ON" and Load "ON " (vi) Instrument fuses (HRC type) (vii) Push button 01 No each for start, stop & reset (Viii) Copper busbar of capacity 400 amps. for phases and neutral (ix) Bottom gland plate including glands for incoming and outgoing LT cables (x) Circuit diagram plate (xi) Automatic battery charging unit including facility for over charging stop /trickle charging /boost charging 12 volt complete with DC ammeter, DC voltmeter, Charging set selector switch, (xii) Facility for remote / auto start, auto/manual synchronizing ,audio-visual annunciation and indication lamps for engine fault

Providing, supplying, fabricating and commissioning of heavy duty4 wheel trailer type DG trolly suitable for 320 KVA Diesel Generating set complete with MS fabricated Chassis /Frame, Heavy Duty axle , wheels and tyres, Suspension, towing Arrangements. i.e. Towing hook, self break system, parking brake etc.DG Mounting arrangements with Anti vibration pads, support jockey wheel, rear supports mudguards,and LT cable 400 Sqmm 3.5 core with 100 RM, on either side of DG Sets. The complete items to be mounted on trolly shall be housed in an enclouser, made of 2mm thick sheet steel reinforced by 25x3mm MS flat all four sides openable door with locking arrangement.painting of complete trolly with two coats of paint synthetic enamelled over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- Contractor shall carry out trial loading/ movement and ensure the trolly is stable, properly balanced and safe transportation.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing, 400 Sqmm 3.5 core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Control panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheets in suitable compartments front openable duly powder coated, weather proof and long lasting finishing including the followings :- (i) Set of 1000Amps electrolytic copper bus bar for phase and neutral mounted over the hygroscopic PVC insulator.
