RequiredBidder can be Either Manufacturer or Dealer / Distributor.
RequiredBidder should quote all the Items. Partial bid submission will not be considered.
RequiredBidder must produce a self-declaration for the item Self Manufacturer for the Quoted item or Authorized Dealer (Relevant documents must be uploaded)
RequiredThe Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act 1956 or partnership Act 1932 and should have been in operation for a period of at least 10 years as on tender published date. (Trusts and societies are not eligible to bid for this project) (Certificate of incorporation / Company registration certificate should be attached).
RequiredIf the bidder is a proprietorship firm then the owner should submit self-declaration about the firm (upload in prescribed proforma in notarized Rs.100/- non judicial stamp)
RequiredBidder must have valid GST Number (Relevant documents must be uploaded).
RequiredBidder must have valid PAN Number (Relevant documents must be uploaded).
RequiredThe bidder must have cumulative minimum turnover of Rs.15 Crores in the past three years.
RequiredAudit reports for turnover of the bidder for three Financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) If Not available for the year 2025-26 then GST Filing Documents can be attached. (CA Certificate should be submitted in these regards)
RequiredThe Bidder declared blacklisted/ ineligible/ debarred by any Government institute/Authority/ order of any court of law/Private organization or having any case or litigation pending in any court of law or has been found to have been engaged in activities (Self-Declaration from the Bidder in given proforma in notarized Rs.100/-non judicial stamp paper must be submitted).
RequiredThe Bidder must have minimum three years of experience in supply, installation and training program in Seed Testing equipment in Govt. Institute. (Relevant documents must be uploaded).
RequiredDTIC/NSIC/Udyog Adhar registration certificate of the unit valid as on date of RCO opening. (Relevant documents must be uploaded)
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the copy of the Manufacturer License in case of manufacturer from concerned Govt. authority issued not later than the year or In Case of Distributor Company Registration Document along with GST Registration.
