Supplying, Fabrication, and fixing of outdoor, cubical type water proof box (80 x 60 x 30 cm) with rain cap at the top, made out of 2mm thick M.S sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer with provision for fixing DOL Starter - 2 nos with sufficient clearance,DIN rail for fixing Incomer MCB, detachable gland plate at bottom, having double door with lockable knob, providing danger notice board on the front door, fixing using suitable size 'C' channel, including all connections and minor civil works etc, as required.(Excluding DOL starters)

Supply and fixing of DOL starters suitable for 3phase 415V,50Hz 2HP motor including necessary arrangement for fixing on exixting panel ,connections etc. as required.(L&T MK1 or Equivalent)

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3.5C x 150 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Supplying and fixing 100A, 16kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB) in the existing MCCB DB , complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 phase 6 way (6+18), double door, suface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN distribution board with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and TP MCB as out going, complete with 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth link, din bar for mounting MCBs, detachable gland plate, interconnections, earthing, phosphatized and powder painted, fixing using bolt and nut, giving connections etc. as required. (But without MCCB, MCB)

Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire along the cable with connections etc. as required

Supply and laying of 3 core 4 sq.mm flat submersible cable with bare bunched copper conductor for submersible pump motors with voltage grade of 1100 volts (as per IS ) including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MOB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable details tags using Aluminium sheet of size 10 cm X 3 cm X 2 mm or nearest size on the existing cable.

Submission of as fitted drawing in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy of the same in the format and standard to get the approval from electrical inspectorate.(along with seal,signature and license details) etc as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 4C x 16 sq.mm, Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with Excel earthing compund etc as required.
