Material and labour for maintainance free environment friendly (Chemical Earthing) earth electrode set comprising of 17.2 mm dia, 3 mtrs long rod of low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANSI/NSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) and suitable copper clamp connected to copper earth lead strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of tinned copper / brass in addition to brazing of all joints and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: M/s McML Protection Technologies Pvt Ltd / M/s JMV Earthing Equipment Pvt Ltd . M/s JEF Techno Solutions (P) Ltd / M/s Vijetha Earthing System, Hyderabad / M/s Rail Tech Engineering Works, JEF Ecosafe or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- The quoted rate is also deemed to be include the cost of the following: - (i) The earthing shall comply to IS-3043. (ii) The earth resistance shall be less than one ohm. (iii) Earth electrode shall be non-corrosive, solid steel round rod of size 17.2 mm dia, 3000mm long, made of high tensile steel with molecularly bonded copper coating of thickness 250 microns on the outside. (iv) The pit shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing carbon based backfill compound suitable for any type of strata. The Earth enhancement material shall be supplied in sealed, moisture proof bags. These bags shall be marked with Manufacturer's name or trade name, quantity, batch No & date of manufacture. (v) The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made of electrolytic grade copper, joined by exothermic welding and including connecting the earth conductor with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size. (vi) A 300mm x 300mm PCC chamber with suitable size PCC cover with handle and kept on suitable angle iron frame to place the cover and shall be provided on the top of the earth system. The Chamber shall be flushed with the ground surface and including necessary PCC bed (1:4:8, type D2) at the bottom of chamber.

Material and labour earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or down in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc along with porcelian insulator holders fixing with suitable size of screws above ground for complete as required using 32X6 mm GI strip all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing COP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer, door open, cabin fan, cabin light, stop atendant out key etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable COP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge. Make :- OTIS /Veer high Tech Solutions/Leo Elivator or equivalent model of make specified.

Supply & fixing in replacement LOP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable LOP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge. Make :- OTIS /Veer high Tech Solutions/Leo Elivator or equivalent model of make specified.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement lift belt suitable for 08 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make :-As per sample approved by GE.
