Notes: (a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for Smart Energy Meters. (b) It would be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode (c) The meters would carry minimum 5 years warranty. (d) The OEM would need to share the Authentication / Encryption keys of the meters along with relevant protocol details with the department. The OEM should provide complete support to MES to be able to integrate the AMI infrastructure with any IS 16444 compliant meters and connected accessories such as RF/GPRS/Hybrid Infrastructure including supporting software without any extra cost to the department.

The system would support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (v) Customer Module: The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis. (vi) Energy Accounting Module The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case tally with incomer EB energy meter. (vii) Communication Module The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods. (viii) Meter Master Data: The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. (ix) Excel Export:The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format. (x) Customer Care Module - the software would include a customer care module where the user would be log in any complaints. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution. (xi) Meter Installation Module - The software would include an app based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings may be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself.

Comprehensive, preventive, periodical maintenance after completion of defects liability period and attending day to day complaints for smooth functioning of lifts/elevators (01 Nos) installed at Blocks mentioned here in under:- (a) Bldg No. Airmen Md Accn((AFS Tezpur)- (01 Nos Lifts). Note :- (i) Comprehensive maintenance will start only after completion of 02 years of defect liability period, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Any Maintenance/replacement of any items during 02 years of defect liability period will be borne by the contractor. Note for item No 1.00 : - (i) The entire work relating to comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts/elvators (including supply of spares) as mentioned above, shall be got executed through the manufacturer from whom the new lifts/elevators are procured. (ii). The cost of all kind of replaced defective part(s) / spare(s) / control card(s) / oil / lubricants etc or any other component(s) / item(s) whether mentioned or not mentioned here-in-before, as and when required to make the lift/elevator fully functional, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this account. (iii). The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maintenance includes monthly, inspection/testing as per service manual or as per IS standard. The inspection / test report will be submitted to GE.

(iv) The contractor will have to submit MOU existing OEM within 15 days of date of commencement of work , failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be executed at risk & cost of the contractor. (v) Contractor will conclude AMC for contract with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (vi) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (vii) The OEM will also detail one technical staff to inspect the lift every week. regarding its functioning operation or any other issue arising in the lift.Technician should always carry service tool along with himself during each weekly visit. (viii) Sufficient stores should be kept in stock with OEM to address the problem/complaints immediately. (ix) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (x) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be watering of all existing earthing of the lifts and cheacking for functional shall be done by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) Comprehensive maintenance of lift during defect liability period (02 Yrs after complition of work) shall deemed to included in quoted rates and noting extra shall be given to contractor for the same.
