Dismantling of pump 07 cusec end suction Kirloskar make by way of disengaging from coupling & loading the same in private load carrier & shifting to the work shop for necessary repairs.

Re-metaling of pump shaft & making of bearing seats, finishing the shaft using lathe machine.

Manufacturing, providing & fitting of Sleeve out of SS-400 material as per requirement.

Providing & fitting of thrust bearing 51310 and its adequate greasing.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6410 & its adequate greasing.

Providing & fitting of oil seals.

Providing & fitting of thrust springs big & small.

Providing & fitting of palmative packing& gasket.

Modification of base frame by way of cutting welding etc, as grid suction pumping unit for stage 1st is to shifted and fitted at stage 2nd. The job includes cost of skilled labour , AC/DC welding set, oxyacetylene gas cutter required for carrying the job at site.

Providing and fitting of Tc-016 couplings set complete for pumping unit at lift Irrigation scheme Wadoora, Achabal-II and Rabban along with flexible rubber tyre. The job includes taking of dimensions at site & then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with the size of shaft of pump and motor. The job includes removal of old damaged coupling and then fitting of new coupling assembly at site and testing on full load.

Re-assembling of the whole pumping units at sites with its accessories after loading, unloading, carriage from workshop to sites and testing on full load.
