Water Bound Macadam, Grading-III :-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.[MORTH Ref. SI No. 5.02 - 503.] ( Including cost of Bitumen VG -10 )

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing :-Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.[MORTH Ref. Seal Coat- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B seal coats.[MORTH Ref. SI No. 5.09 - 511, Case -II Type B] ( Including cost of Bitumen VG -10 )

Construction of Earthen Shoulders :- Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 [MORTH Ref. SI No. 3.18 - 305.]
