Consultancy Services for Detail Survey, Investigation and preparation of Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Service, Detailed Project Report for the construction of Office Building of Karnataka State Minerals Corporation at Mysore Road, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru

The Consultancy Firm / Company must have been involved in Preparation of detailed Project Reports and in providing Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services for minimum of 5 years. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish relevant GST Registration Certificate along with the Technical Proposal.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and Methodology presentation

The Consultant must have successfully executed and completed at least one Detailed Project Report of similar nature work with any central or state Government Department or its undertakings with a total project cost not less than Rs.3.27 Cr during the last five financial years from 2020 to 21 to 2024 to 25 1.One project of RS 3.27 Crores 8 Marks 2.Two projects each Rs. 3.27 Crores or one project each Rs.6.55 Cr -10 Marks..3. Three projects each Rs. 3.27 Crores or one project each Rs.10.00 Cr -15 Marks. The relevant work done certificates with necessary details about work done shall be submitted issued by the Competent Authority

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff a) Team Leader/Project Director is 1 No. b) Project Co-Ordinator (Senior Engineer) is 1 No c) Architect Engineer is 1 No d) Structural Engineer is 1No. e) MEP Engineer is1 No. f) Electrical Engineer is 1 No. g) Safety Engineer is1No. h) Quantity Surveyor/ Civil Engineer is 1No. Each staff evaluation will be done by distributing the allotted marks as follows: For Education 30 percent, For Experience 60 percent, For Kannada Language 10percent. The bidder company must have achieved at least two financial years turnover of Rs 30 lakh during the last 5 years that is FY 2020-2021 FY 2021-22 FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 1.For Rs. 30 lakh-8 Marks. 2.For Rs. 30-60 lakh-10 Marks.3.More than Rs. 60 lakh-15 Marks. Consolidate financial Turnover Certificate for last three years issued and Certificate by the CA Shall be submitted along with profit & loss statements and ITR copies.
