Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 2Km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors, dado and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material at HWPK civil colony store and disposal of unserviceable material within 2Km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete/ terrazzo flooring of any mix manually/ by mechanical means including cutting of floor to the surrounding by tile cutter machine, disposal of material within 2 Km lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes and patterns including including stacking of serviceable material at HWPK civil colony store and disposal of unserviceable material within 2Km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe lines including fitting, fixtures internal and external work exposed on wall including stacking of dismantled pipes at HWPK civil Store as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation work in all type of soil, ordinary rocks by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dewatering if occurs, cutting of roots if occurs, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling of excavated soil by ramming if required and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 2 Km as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering, compaction, curing etc. complete at all level complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying/fixing of PVC PIPES of 110mm dia-4kg/cm2, in position approved PVC pipes of Jain/ Finolex/ Kitec /Supreme /Prince make IS - 4985 of latest version with required specials, fittings and fixing arrangements for water supply/ sewerage works as per stantard specifications and providing and fixing approved nails quality clamps and screws for fixing as per requirements as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying/fixing of PVC P/S trap of 4" dia. in position of Jain/ Finolex/ Kitec /Supreme /Prince make IS - 4985 of latest version with fixing arrangements for drainage/ sewerage works as per stantard specifications etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying/fixing of PVC Nahani trap of 4" dia. in position of Jain/ Finolex/ Kitec /Supreme /Prince make IS - 4985 of latest version with fixing arrangements for drainage/ sewerage works as per stantard specifications etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having section profile size 48x40 mm (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges or including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. Piano hinges IS : 3818 marked with necessary screws in case of cup board Shutter fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. For kitchen/ Counter platform / horizontal and Vertical facia upto required width for exposed surfaces with 18mm thick Jet black Granite stone machine cut machine polished on one side fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

For vertical support of Counter/platform, consisting of 18mm thick machine cut mirror polished on one side Zet black Granite stone at exposed face and 25mm thick machine cut machine polished on other side Kota stone slabs sandwitched ( Double stone sand witched type ) between the stones with 40 mm thick CM 1:4 including with epoxy resin base (Arladite or equivalent) including fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth.

Providing and fixing in wall from approved variety and shade best quality machine cut & one side mirror polished granite slabs of 16- 18 mm thick, Imperial white / chikko pearl /Black galaxy / any colour as approved by EIC. The granite shall be fixed with neat cement paste admixed with tile fixing adhesives such as Balendura Diamond, araldite or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by EIC and joints shall be filled with white cement with matching pigment to make the joint smooth and look like one thin line. Coarse aggregates of nominal size 10mm shall be fixed to the backside of the granite slabs using Araldite/equivalent to improve the bonding. The granite shall be finished in level with the surrounding wall. The work also includes chipping of plaster in the area to maintain granite finished level with surrounding wall etc., edge / Corner moulding/ champhering of granite slabs with photo frame finish, disposal of the removed plaster/debris, any scrap generated at dumping yard as directed etc. complete as per the specifications and to the satisfaction of EIC.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, materials, equipment, machinery for Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for partitions, doors, windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate z-sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 & 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required using cleat angle etc. including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots, aluminium fittings like door handles, aldrops, tower bolts, making provision for locking arrangements wherever required, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling the including cost of CP brass/ stainless steel screws, After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour adjustable louvers ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame of 47 x 50 mm and mullion 47 x 68 mm (where ever required) both having wall thickness of 1.9 ±0.2 mm & extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded louvers of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted.

Providing and fixing 20 to 25 mm semi polished dressed Kota stone slab of approved quality fixed in Cupboard partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth. Note: Exposed slab will only be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing Triple strip vertical type magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard /ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing SS fancy handles of 4" size approved pattern & quality with minimum weight of each handle 70 gm in cupboard /ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Painting with 1st quality acrylic emulsion paint interior gade of (ready mixed) of approved brand,manufacturer of required shade and colour two or more coats including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour,Two or more coats on new work or including prepartion of surface, filling the unever surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of paint splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer.

Painting old steel/wood work/ plastered surface with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of old white wash/colour wash by thoroughly scrapping using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering the entire wall surface completely exposing the bare wall, cleaning with fibre broom and washing entire surface with water, preparing the surface even and smooth including necessary repairs to patches, scratches, including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Applying a coat of cement primer as per manufacturer’s specifications etc. and as directred by the Engineer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, Birla white wall care putty over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve evensurface, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of Stainless Steel Flexible folding Cloth Hanger with 3 Nos. of Prongs with minimum weight of 100 grams including all required screws etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing fly proof SS 304 wire mesh in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm by EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing in photo frame pattern door, window & ventilator boxing from approved variety and shade best quality machine cut & one side mirror polished granite slabs of 16- 18 mm thick, Imperial white / chikko pearl /Black galaxy / any colour as approved by EIC. The granite shall be fixed with neat cement paste admixed with tile fixing adhesives such as Balendura Diamond, araldite or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by EIC and joints shall be filled with white cement with matching pigment to make the joint smooth and look like one thin line. Coarse aggregates of nominal size 10mm shall be fixed to the backside of the granite slabs using Araldite/equivalent to improve the bonding. The granite shall be finished in level with the surrounding wall. The work also includes chipping of plaster in the area to maintain granite finished level with surrounding wall etc., edge / Corner moulding/ champhering of granite slabs with photo frame finish, disposal of the removed plaster/debris, any scrap generated at dumping yard as directed etc. complete as per the specifications and to the satisfaction of EIC.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels vitrified floor tiles of 1st quality of H&R Jhonson /somany/Kajaria/Nitco/RAK India or other equivalent approved make in all colours, shades and patterns and of thickness as per manufacture's specifications, with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, laid directly over existing floors/tiles using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness or as needed as per site conditions in respect of flooring laid to line, level and required slope as directed and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:3 in respect of skirting, close jointed and grouted with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/ cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600X600mm size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including wastage, disposal of debris at disposal yard in colony etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface, prepration of surface to receive new tile skirting/dado including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground at colony disposal yard as per specifications and as direcetd by the Engineer.

Steel work in built up Hot finished welded type tubes tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, embedded & connection plates, cleats etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per the specification, drawing and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling Asbestos cement/Fiber sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., at all heights and stacking the material at civil colony store including all necessary arrangement, scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing single wall polycarbonate semi-transparent corrugated skylight roofing sheets of thickness 3 mm UV coated and fixing over structural supports including minimum specified overlapping by manufacturer, with self drilling screws or J-hooks over storm washers with EPDM gaskets ensring proper water sealing & shreading arrangement including polycarbonate profiles & top sealing strips over sheet joints including scaffolding, tools tackles, manpower & materials etc all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.

Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.60mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick textured designer cement bonded particle board false ceiling like Bison designer board or equivalant at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of cement bonded particle board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, manufacturer's specification, specifications and direction of the Engineer in Charge. (Minimum size of Designer board shall be 8'x4')

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing 40 mm thick marble chips flooring in light shade pigment with white cement, rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, under layer 28 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey yellow or green marble chips of sizes from 7 mm to 10 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 2:3 (2 cement marble powder mix : 3 marble chips) by volume, including cement slurry etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 40mm wide & 4mm thick glass strip in joints of marble chip flooring/terrazo/cement concrete floorings etc in line & levels as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Steel weld mesh fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of ms wire of dia 2.5-3 mm including cutting, strengthening by welding or nuts, bolts and washers with frame ss required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
