Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement or lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc. 1.5 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, piersholes etc. n exc. 10 sqm on plan and n exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc. 1.5 km but n.exc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping,bed block benching, kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Porbandar stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire,etc. flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) includind all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting,etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and strainings and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F Punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire of 2.60 mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19 mm width as per IS-513 with and including 18 micron zinc coating. (Each coil is to be expanded up to max of 6.0 m length) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:4 ) on fair faces of stone masonry or brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MS frame work such as gate, grating, railing and ornamental etc including framed and hung as gates and hinges etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
