Lowering at site electric resistance welded (ERW) stainless steel cage type-V wire wound screen of size 200mm , 6.30mm thick with slot opening 1.0mm as per IS 8110-2000with upto date ammendment if any and materials specification as per AISI American Iron and steel instrument Type-Grade SS-304 in suitable length as per site conditions,including the cost of SS socket 8mm thickness of length 140 confirming to AISI grade 304 suitable to accommodate screen and ring including jointing screen with blind pipes including cost of all scaffolding derricks, poles clamps embeded in foundation etc.including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. screen will be continous trapezoidal ,wire spirally wound around fabricated cage. The wrapping wire having a V shaped (wedge) profile wire with flat surface on the outside and producing expanding slots on the inside of various dimensions,resistance welded to a cylindrically body made of No. of longitudenal special high inside support rods to provide smooth unresctricted bore which are in turn welded into cylindrical ring coupling of both safety screens including cleaning of all dirt dust anbd other foreign matter within all leads,lifts and carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing MS centralized guides at suitable spacig for each tube well as per IS 226-1991 with upto date ammendments if any, all leads,lifts 1x4 Nos complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200mm/300 mm diametres unhooks as per IS 2800-1991 with upto date ammendments if any, within all leads,lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter fro getting into bore hole, as required, withi all leads,lifts complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
Suplying and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz of other suitable materials with an average specific gravity of not less than 3.5 not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces, shall be of sub rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-2.35mm shall be free from impunities such as safe,micafelspar ,clay sand dirt, I cam hematite and organic materials as per is 4097-1967 with upto date ammendment,if any around intake of tube well with minimum thickness of shroud around screen generally 100mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS 2800 (Part-I) 1991 with upto date ammendments if any, with in all leads,lifts compete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Extraction of all size blind/casing pipes with machine starting from the bottom of the bore hole within all leads,lifts complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as follow:-
(a) In contract with soil.
(b) freely hanging.
Development of tube well by back washing method with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line minimum 65mm size of with other suitable method, till the well thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189-1985 with upto date ammendments if any complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Development of tube well by continous over pumping method with VT pumps/ Submersible Pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge establised by the compressor method/design discharge untill the well is sand free as per IS 11189-1985 with upto date ammendments, if any, complete in all resspects and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT/Submersible Pump continously for 8 Hours in the presence of other not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.
Testing of Verticality of the tube well as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date ammendmentsm if any using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing. The results of the Verticality test shall be recorded on the proforma shown in Appendix A of IS: 2800(Part-II) 1979 with upto date ammendments if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismentaling of Rigs or other allies accessories after completion of the job within all leads,lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Handing over the tube well in complete in complete shape as appendix B of the clause 7 of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date ammendments if any as appended with the tender documents, in laminated form in triplicate, complete in all respect complete in all respects and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
