Conducting of Detailed survey (l-section,cross section and contouring) for construction of Pump station ,risinig main, delivery tank ,canal net work (main canal and its distribution network) at the existing alignment and best possible alternative alignment.(Tentaive length 18 Km). Time allowed Day 1 to Day 20

Preparing of site plan showing lift Irrigation Scheme location of Intake Structures ,Rising Mains,Delivery Tank,Canal Network including distribution network along with levels, important Land Marks 5 sets & soft copy on 1 in 5000 readily visible. Time allowed Day 1 to Day 10

Locating the Intake Structures ,alignment of Rising Mains,Delivery Tank,Canal Network including distribution network,Approach roads to intake structure (Physically on ground by fixing concrete blocks of size (0.15x0.15x0.6) in 1:3:6 ratio @100Mtrs Centre to centre of the alignment and drawings) to irrigate these areas in nowshera including identification of all structures or retaining walls ,cross drainage structures ie Aqueducts ,Syphon etc,for each of these 12no villages . Time allowed Day 1 to Day 10

Proposal /modification to the existing structures already constructed structures of lift irrigation scheme Berri Pattan Time allowed Day 1 to Day 3

Preparing /submitting the preliminary Draft Project Report as per the formats/norms of Central Water Commission including all information required for Project clearance like Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) ratio,L-Section ,X-Sections drawings,BOQ and estimates based on SSR2020 their enhancements to present market rate etc (with permissible assumptions of for remaining data).,Irrigation & Flood Control Department Nowshera shall provide the possible help but consultant shall be mainly responsible for all activities of preparation of this project report. Time allowed Day 1 to Day 20

Getting the preliminary /Draft project Report vetted from Central water Commission ,revision as per feedback . Time Allowed =Minimum possible)

Working out the hydraulic design of lift irrigation scheme including intake structures,Approach Roads,Foot Bridge (if required),Pumping machinery,Electric Switch Gear,Voltage Stablizer,rising main including fixing alignment and engineering of canal network falls ,delivery tank ,valves,structures etc. Complete lift station up to field Ie Moga along with complete working drawings for lift schemes Time allowed =Day 1 to Day 10

Preparing the Detail Project Report as per the format/norms of Central Water Commission including all information like Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) ,L-Section ,X-Sections complete drawings,BOQ and estimates based on SSR2020 their enhancements to present market rate etc .Irrigation & Flood Control Department Nowshera shall provide the possible help but consultant shall be mainly responsible for all the activity of preparing the Detailed Project Report of Lift Irrigation Scheme for providing water to 12 no villages (Complete Job ) . Time allowed Day 1 to Day 30

Getting project report vetted from Central water commission , revision as per feed back. Time allowed Day -100 days onwards in minimum possible time as per guidelines of central water commission.
