Dismantling of 100 KVA HT substation by way of disassembling of all the mounted equipments and lowering of HT/LT transformer and uprooting the HT poles.. The firm has to stack and store all the equipments at the proper place. The job is to be carried out with the help of skilled labour and firm has to arrange the tool and tackles to carry out the job.

Cement bottoming of ST Poles 3ft below ground level and 1 ft above ground level with 1.5 ft dia. Excluding pole dia around the pole in M15 grade cement concrete using 40mm crush stone aggregate 0.4 cubic mm per pole including shuttering , curring etc.

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint).

Providing and fixing of Guy wire 7/2.15mm including guy insulators, guy rods with guy assembly complete.

Providing and fitting of 11 KV heavy duty post type lightening arrestor set.

Providing and installation of Maintenance free Chemical Earthing using Electrode of size 25mm dia, 02.50 meter long connected with 25X5mm GI connection strip of 4m length from the electrode upto plant room complete with excavation, civil works, inspection chamber in brick work with cast iron cover of 12" x 12", chemical earthing compound, GI nuts bolts etc. complete job as per the latest relevant IS code. The voltage between Neutral & Earth not to exceed 0 volts & IR value less than 1 ohm.

Providing and fitting of GI earthing strip of size 25 mm X5 mm including installation for connecting various electrical equipments of the pump station to earthing electrode including GI nuts bolt set. Complete job.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 75, 8rft in length each (05 no). The nut and bolts required for fitting of channels shall be provided the firm. The channels are required for fitting of link set and drop out set on the poles.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 100, 8rft in length each (02 no). The nut, bolts, clamps required for fitting of channels shall be provided by the firm. The channels are required for placing of transformer.

Providing and fitting of dropout set.

Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 70 sqmm , 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated armoured cable of (Havells/finolex/polycab/gloster make). The cable is to be laid underground in PVC pipe by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable. The cable is required as an extension of already laid 70sqmm cable as the HT substation is shifted from its present position.

Providing and laying, stringing of overhead 0.03 ACSR conductor (weasel) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of the insulator complete in all respects .

Providing and fitting of 20W Led light with IP 65 rating. The Job includes wiring of the light with 1sqmm FRLS copper wire and 6A MCB with gang box for ON and OFF operation.
