Note for Srl No 2 to 14 The percentage above / below the SSR -2020 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 2 to 14 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre- priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule

Schedule 'A' Part-XII (Miscellaneous items of works)

External Electrification

Item No 01 : Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manual boring technique complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 02 : M&L for MS pipe Bracket for Bldg security of legnth 1.20 Mtr light grade 40 mm and MS clamp 40x5mm, 02 including nut and bolts.

External Water supply

Item No 03 : M & L for drilling and tapping existing water pipe line for branch connection of internal dia 20/25 mm including all connecting fittings to be tapped in GI/CI pipe.

Item No 04 : M&L for single brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 600mmx600mmx600mm (internal dimensions) with 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed two Nos stainless steel hinge of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm thick mild steel sheet cover & angle iron frame shall be painted with two coat black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm) graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, 230mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal & exposed surface of valve pit including necessary excavation & earth work etc all as shown in drawing & as directed.

Cooling/ Heating Appliances

Item No 05 : Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3.0 KVA.

Electric water cooler

Item No 06 : Supply and installation of voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified.

Internal Electrification

Item No. 07 : S & F modular MCB protected socket comprising of 24A MCB C curve, and 16/20 A Socket for air circulation fan , modular switch 16A complete with Sheet metal Enclosure for 230 volt 50 Hz AC including all acessories as one complete set all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 08 : Supply and fixing Air circulation wall fans 600 mm sweep 230 V , Min air delivery 280 CMM , Speed 1380 RPM , Noise level 60-65 DB , feauture of aerodinamically designed and balanced blades complete with service value 6.0 BEE. Five star rated with complete fixing arrangements all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge
