Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering or plastering on walls using polymer modified ready mix plaster mortar of fine grade Portland cement, graded sand and polymer with water soluble additives as per manufacture's specifications of approved make, on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed. Make:- Smart care ready mix plaster of Asian paint or equivalent in Berger/Ultra tech/Pidilite /JSW DULUX

Material and labour for 05 mm thick rendering or plastering in patches using polymer modified ready mix plaster mortar of fine grade Portland cement, graded sand and polymer with water soluble additives as per manufacture's specifications of approved make, on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed. Make:- Smart care ready mix plaster of Asian paint or equivalent in Berger/Ultra tech/Pidilite /JSW DULUX

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoints, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, built in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, any number of layers from walls upto 15m height by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and cleaning with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" /9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour incl washing down with water to make surface dust free. incl material and labour for preparation of surface on walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer over and including 2 to 3 mm thick water proof wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surface of any description upto 15m height scrapping and cleaning to make free from dust, incl Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior apex ultima protek emulsion using spray gun to all external walls/ceiling surfaces, of approved shade/colour over a coat of damp sheet exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surface over and including 2 to 3 mm thick water proof wall care putty to give smooth and even surface upto 15m height complete all as specified and directed .

Prepairing old treated surfaces of walls incl Material and Labour for one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm , complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
