M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including use of form work complete. M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete.

S&F concertina coil fencing with punched tape conncentrina coil upto 610mm dia 10m open length having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length,spring core 2.5mm tk fixed to upto existing 'Y' Shaped neck upto 4 m height of wall with stud tired with necessary GI clips , stables to retain both horizontal & vertical bond/bind with necessary bolts, nuts or fixed with birbed wire etc complete.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, chullah hood and similar suspended work complete.

M&L for Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 Mtr radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including scrubbing down with water etc. Complete.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to brick work or concrete surface, trowelled to even and fair finish complete.

Supply only MS chain link fencing 10 guage thick galvanised steel wire and 50mm x 50mm size mesh as per approved complete.
