Cleaning of any type of blockage of Nahani trap, Gully trap, Floor trap, Monhole of any size and depth in any situation by way of cleaning mechanically or by any suitbale means including removal of all foreign material and washed throughly to grating of trap, cast iron waste pipe by opening the cleaning eye of CI pipes and deposition the sludge in newly excavate pits of suitable size at a distance not exc 50m from the starting point and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavation and earthwork including cleaning trap, WC, soil was, vent pipes, gully trap and like upto first main holes wherever required and ordered keeping sewage line functional with suitable precauation measure and equipment with adequate tools and plants requiered for working in foul conditions with and including plugging to or cleaning manholes and removing of plug after cleaning operation complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 width and n exc 1.5m depth for manholes pipe line and n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil upto 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point beyond the lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia Sail-glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified, in plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including dismantling of existing pipe complete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing Aluminum/Copper point wiring (light/ Fan / Socket/Power Point) complete fittings etc. making good to disturbed surface of wall/Floor etc to match the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and connecting to main switch or switch board complete and incl PCC masonry pit of 300x300x300mm interier diamentions in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover with GI frame, charcoal and common salt 15cm in layers all round the earth plate, 15mm dia GI watering pipe, a funnel with wire mesh should be provided on top of watering pipe complete all as specified including testing after complete all as specified and directed.
