M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes), shelves including necessary formwork, and the like and set in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F mild steel work as in hand rails, wind ties, fencing posts and struts, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for cleaning of Septic Tanks, soakage wells and manholes of any size and capacity by removing the sewage water and sludge and other materials by using Vehicle Mounted automatic sewage suction machine and disposal to out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) Before cleaning each septic tank , soakage well and manhole , clear photographs of (septic tanks, soakage wells and manholes) before cleaning and after cleaning shall be taken invariably and shall be kept in record duly signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge. These photographs shall be produced alongwith RARs and Final bill and shall be checked by surveyor staff. (ii) Details of Vehicle Mounted automatic sewage suction machine used in the work eg RC, Drivers licence of driver etc shall be obtained from the contractor and shall be kept in record duly verified.
(iii) Details of entry and exit of Vehicle Mounted automatic sewage suction machine on site of work shall be maintained in a seperate register date wise and signed by contractor and JE concerned (iv)If the cleaning of any septic Tank, Soakage well is required more than once the same shall be carried out after obtaining written approval of Engineer-in-Charge indicating location of the septic Tank, Soakage well and this fact is to be reflected in MB while recording the measurements.
M&L for keeping sewage lines fully functional by providing services of cleaning of blockages of sewage lines of any dia and depth, manholes of any size and depth, working in foul conditions, cleaning of manholes and sewage lines by mechanical means, flushing with water in sewage lines between successive manholes and keeping the system functional including water closets, floor traps, Nahani traps, gully traps etc, upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks, in the area Under AGE B/R III by providing adequate manpower for attending complaints of sewage cleaning as instructed by concerned JE with complaint slip and report back to the same JE after resolution of complaints including maintaining of the record of complaint slips after getting signature of users, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
NOTES:- (i) The rates quoted against Item No 23 shall be only for keeping the sewage line fully functional by removal of any blockages in entire sewage line at any place from water closets to septic tanks but shall not include cleaning and removal of sludge and sewage water from septic tanks and manholes, the same is to be measured and paid under Item No 22 above. (ii) Minimum two workers of contractor shall report daily to the JE concerned for noting down of complaints and attending to them, daily at 9 Am including sundays and holidays but if more personals are required to make the sewage line fully functional the contractor shall provide more manpower and the quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the same, the bidders/tenderers are advised to meet with AGE B/R-III to schedule a visit to the site to acess the total requirement of manpower at site and quote their rates accordingly and no claim whatsoever on account of misunderstanding or anything else shall be admissible at any later stage. (iii) A complaint register shall be maintained by contractor and the same shall be signed by users and concerned JE, Engineer-in-charge and contractor.
(iv) All complaints of blockage or non functioning of sewage line shall be attended to and rectified/resolved with 24 hours ( barring any major hurdles, which are to be to be decided by GE) failing which penalty of Rs 1000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor. (v) Rate quoted by tenderer/bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc along with sufficient labourers ,cost of complaint slips, complaint register, minor consumables etc to keep the sewage lines fully functional. (vi)An attendence register shall be maintained by Engineer -in-charge for all the workers of contractor attending the works sites daily and the same shall be signed by contractor, JE civ and Engineer-in-charge,also aadhar card of all the workers shall be obtained and kept in record. (vii) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be inclusive of all costs required for compliance of all labour laws applicable on the end date of bid submission including minimum fair wages, EPF, ESIC, bonus etc
Material and labour for cleaning of RCC /AC/PVC water tank of capacity not exceeding 500 litres. (staged over the bldg ) by removing float valve carefully, draining out water , scrapped down by wire brush for removing fungus, mud scales and washing down with fresh water and refixing float valve in same position and spreading bleaching powder inside water tank as directed by Engineer in charge . Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for writing details of "Tank cleaned on ______ (date)" with height of each letter not less than 10 CM (ii)An register shall be maintained by the contractor to obtain the signatures of users in token of completion of cleaning of each water tank and the same shall be kept in record duly signed by users ,contractor, JE civ and Engineer-in-charge , and shall be produced alongside RAR/FB at the time of payment.
