Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1 to 1.50 m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wire mesh shall be paid separately) Note: For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in immersion i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profiledimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Anodised aluminium frame powder coated for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) opening of grill 50 mm of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminum standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.

M&L Sheet glass 5.5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces Cement plaster 1:6 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prep of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of Gl frame work for seamless ceiling (Size of Grid 605 x 605 mm) comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm center to center/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm center to center with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to Centre. All specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, tube light fitting, ceiling fan with regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) PVC insulated FRLS un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC conduit of medium duty of size not less than 20mm dia with all fittings and accessories including factory made MS/ pressed steel terminal box with zinc coated duly concealed in wall including metal flush boxes reqd as per site reqmt for mounting switches, sockets fan regulators etc including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified :- (a) For one light point by one switch

Taking down the window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR carefully from the installed position, dismantling the complete unit, applying blower to remove the complete dust and kept in store all as directed.

Taking down the outdoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR carefully from the installed position, dismantling the complete unit, applying blower to remove the complete dust and kept in store all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down the indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR carefully and cleaning all the components with suitable cleaning agent and kept in store all as directed. Note :- for item No. 21 to 23 :- Tools and plants, transportation and handling charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
