Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in filling gaps between roofing sheets and walls (Gap size 60 mm wide and 40mm-60 mm deeep),rounded or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3

S&F 20mm thick, second class hard wood boarding, planed both side with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves boards etc complete including dismantling timber boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L second class hardwood timber unframed work clean sawn in scantling complete including dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in sec in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing of holes of Galvalume or CGI sheets roof of hangers up to 20 mtr by applying silicon based adhesive with manually operated guns to make repair area of roof completely water proof all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall arrange manually operated or hydraulically operated ladder to reach at roof of given building and cost of it should be included in quoted rate.

M&L for butyl & bitumen based flashing tapes/ strips 100 mm wide are cold applied self - adhesive tapes with one side bitumen adhesive protected by release film and other side is re-enforced aluminum foil to prevent leakages, fill cracks & joints for metal, cement asbestos, fiber, plastic, vinyl etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Supply and fix in repair GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on both side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Supply and Fix MS steel work in Square / Rectangular / Tubular hollow trusses and hollow posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Framed work such as in grills with end of bars shouldered and / or rivetted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, railings, brackets etc of Fe-410 Gd E-250 complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair12 mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick, designer, non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, as in ceiling complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with 20X25 mm 'T' and 20X20mm 'L' section with grid size of 605X605mm including with necessary 3.15 mm GI wire as in suspenders etc complete as specified and directed by EIC

S &F powder coated aluminium door frame and shutter single leaf panelled door partly glazed with 5mm thick glass and partly 6mm thick pre-laminated board door shutter divided into two panels fabricated including powder coated aluminium snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass and pre-laminated board panel. The door frame shall be fixed aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size. The door frame and shutter shall be comprising of the following section and fitting including taking down of existing shutter with frame and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. S&F power coated aluminium ventilator ,section 63.50 mm X38.10 mm and 2.5mm thick divided in two parts and upper half portion fixed with louvers of 04 nos . 4 mm thick pin headed glass and lower half portion fixed with 4 mm thick pin headed glass including taking down of existing shutter with fittings complete all as specified.

Taking down of existing aluminium door carefully except Floor spring/hydraulic door closer from the existing frame and repair the same for smooth operation/movement, including replacing of door handle,aluminium hinge, rubber beat etc and refixing in the same location after repairing all components complete all as specified and directed. (Area of door not exc 4.00 Sqm)

Material and labour for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and apply two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer coating including provn of 1 mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised curtain rod 20mm dia with holder/bracket, stops, rollers etc.

S&F in repairs floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, size 140 mm.

S&F in repair of stainless steel 4 lever mortice door lock for fixing in aluminium door/ wooden door including necessary grooving, screwing in aluminium door and aluminium frame for adjusting or fixing of mortice door lock complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sheet glass 4.00 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing in square n exceeding 0.5 sqm in each plane including Hacking out old /broken glasses from steel/aluminium window / ventilator in any position and any description including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / springs clips. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair toughened glass single unit in two layers 6 mm thick inside and 6 mm thick outside separated by 12 mm clear gap fixed with neoprene packing for sound proofing.
