Supply & Fix in replacement of Post Top lamp LED 40 watt with moonlight effect and efficient light distribution, having rated IP65 protection with 3 metre long GI pole complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including earth work , PCC foundation and taking down old post top lights compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fix in replacement Post Top lamp with decorative LED 25 watt fixture , glass diffuser, black colour, having IP43 protection, aluminium die casting without pole complete with base plate, bolts and nuts including taking down old post top lights compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Decorative Bollard LED 25 Watt light, having IP-54 protection, 0.8metre long, die cast aluminium housing , opal white PC diffuser in built LED complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including earth work , PCC foundation and taking down old post top lights compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Laying UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 2 core 10 Sqmm in trenches /duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection and taking down old cable complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for sand cushioning for underground cables complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured & paid for the Measurement purpose)

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing wiring with two run of PVC (FR) insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm drawing through PVC conduits with continuous earth wire PVC (FR) insulated cable of size 1.5 Sqmm connected to earth including all conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed. Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 100 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Lay UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 150 Sqmm with suitable cable gland including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base including formwork complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified

Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring including finishing cement concrete rough surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (joint free non skid tiles) with and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic colouerd tiles in vertical surface of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including back coat of 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 on walls complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubing of size 25mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying CPVC 25mm outer dia SDR-13.5 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings brass threaded fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Material & labour for fixing the fountain brass nozzles in a distance of 20cm using 25mm CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and brass female threaded Tee 25 x 15mm on wall/floor with complete arrangement all as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note:- Cost of Nozzles will measured and paid separately)

Supply only 20 feet brass fountain nozzle, 12 Bar, 5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm bore CPVC Ball valves suitable for CPVC pipe with necessary fittings ,including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of monoblock pump set suitable for 230V SPN system having capacity 1HP, head range of 6 to 48 metre & discharge range of 4280 - 700 LPH including starter wiring conduit etc, having 25mm x 25mm cross section with and including PCC staging complete all as specified.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
