S&F in repairs 5 mm thick PVC acrylic sheet in square or rectangle in each pane fix in window/ ventilator of hanger/ building by fixed with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, silicon packing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of rigid surfaces by cleaning dust, dirt, muck, moisture, oil paint and foreign materials/ loose particles including grinding, roughnening the surfaces and removing any laitance by light scrabbing or mechanical means using mechanical scrubber/ grinder and providing 5 mm thick elastomeric pavement repair mortar (application time pot-life 30 minutes at 25 degree celsius) as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair polycarbonate sheet of 3.0 mm thick with having excellent weather properties, excellent light transmission range from 80% to 90% and both side UV coated weight ranges from 850 gms to 900 gm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height.

S&F in repair wind driven turbo ventilators having average capacity of 1500 to 2000 CFM, having neck diameter 700-750 mm and 42 Nos fins, top plate and bottom ring shall be made high grade stainless steel (SS-304) and fins to be made of high grade aluminium (H-14) of minimum thickness 0.71 mm, the base and hopper shall be constructed of UV stabilized FRP of minimum thickness 3.0 mm matching with roof sheet profile, the rate shall be include for fixing of FRP base along with ventilator and special leak proof tape/ adhesive tape should be used in between all four sides, making it totally water tight etc. The rate also includes all lead and lift, transportation materials, labours, taxes etc. complete. The work should be carry out as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for working in building/ structure of any height.

M&L for cleaning and greasing the top and bottom guide rails of MS sliding door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair collapsible steel gate, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., MS channel shall be of hot rolled medium channel 18mm x 9mm x 3mm, flat for crossings shall be of size 18mm x 5mm, tee and flat for top and bottom runners shall be of minimum web of 40mm x 12mm and flange of 40mm x 6mm, distance from centre to centre of channel pickets shall be 10 cm, erected in position and securing runners with hold fasts and brackets, complete as specified including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 10.00 Sqm and replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut bolts etc, removing of bend, alignment etc. to make the system smooth functional and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of size exceeding 10.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2500 Sqm and replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut bolts etc, removing of bend, alignment etc. to make the system smooth functional and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.
