Arrangements for float festival, cleaning of Pushkarini for Panchami Theertham, side Brass grill polishing and allied works related to the Pushkarini at Sri PAT, Tiruchanoor for the year 2026-27

Supply of unskilled work men (Man/ Woman Mazdoor) for polishing the brass grills, fixing MS Katanjanams works etc.,conveying of float materials to pushkarini area and pulling caskets in water for tying and assembling the float by obtaining the necessary repairs and dismantling the float after the festival is over and return the float materials to the departmental stores. Dragging the float during the festival days and watching the materials during the day and night etc., complete ( the contractor is responsible in case of damage & theft ) as follows. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply Carpenter 1st class (Skilled Labour) for assembling the Float & Maharadham Idols and repairs etc., complete as directed during execution. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply Carpenter 2nd class (semi-skilled Labour) for assembling the Float & Maharadham Idols and repairs etc., complete as directed during execution. The payment will be made as per the actual labour engaged.

Supply of Best Teak wood Planks any thickness

Labour charges for wrought and put-up for wood scantlings.

Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc excluding cost of fixing in position.

Labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing to present seamless finish.

Painting single coat with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting Single coat for External walls - old with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting single coat for old iron work with Aluminium paint grade-I of approved make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications, etc., complete.

Artist painting to like God/ Animal/Birds pictures/Sceneries over Walls and MS sheet with three coats back ground (one coat primary & two coat synthetic enamel paint) the rate including cost of labour charges / Artist remuneration / materials cost like (Painting / brushes / scaffolding etc) complete as directed during execution.

Painting one coat New work with solvent primer, two coats (Nippon real gold paint Acrylic enamel two coats B.L Golden yellow ( total 5 coats ) quality and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete. (Excluding GST)

Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
