Drilling holes 50mm dia to a depth of 2m in Hard granite and inserting the 25 mm Rts L shape anchor rods of 3m length for holding Foundation and fixing in position and grouting the anchor holes with cement slurry inclusion of the cost of materials and labour etc and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position of Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying in position of Plain Cement Concrete of M 15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 20mm and down graded confirming to IS specified grading and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position of standardised Reinforced cement concrete of grade M 20 in accordance with IS :456-2000 using well graded 20 mm and down graded hard granite stone jelly with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 ,including admixture (Plasticizer / Super Plasticizer ) in recommended propotions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concerete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand ,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechnical vibrators, finishing curing etc,. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used comply with the requirement of IS standards (no separate payment will be made by the department for the exess usage of materials )

Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinth beam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc. using MS sheets10 guage thick of size 90cmx60cm stiffened with MSangle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and duly supported and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complying with standard specification Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing filter media arrangement to the weep holes in the rear side of retaining wall for a size of 45cm x 45cm x 60cm and filling with 20mm metal of 30cm thick in 1st layer and 40mm metal of 30cm in 2nd layer the rate is including cost of metal etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppying and fixing water stopper 150mm width including all labour charges, cutting and fixing conveyance charges etc,, in complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for joints in the wall at 25m intervals etc., complete complying with standardd specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Supplying and filling with Gravel in between gaps of CC blocks in layers etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 to 2.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel ISMC at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plateof required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc..complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumeables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Horn Type Head Set Assembly Heavy duty consist of the bottom and top portions (Approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 yearsetc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm mild steel plate of size 0.20x 0.30m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
