Annual repair and maintenance of residential building under Mandi Division No-II at Jail road Distt. Mandi H.P. (SH- Providing distempering, painting and cupboard work etcetera in Block-G Qtr. No. 50).

Distempering one or more coats on old work with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1st(first) quality ceramic glazed floor tiles 300X300mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 (two point five) squaremeters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory,windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class deodar wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron but hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85(eighty five)g with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 250x16mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimetre) aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10(ten) as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100x10mm (one hundred into ten millimetre) aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10(ten) as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10(ten) as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm (eighteen millimetre) thick HDMR both side prelaminated board in Shutter/shelves/cup board complete with all accessories including carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing M.S. Piano hinges having overall width 35mm (thirty five millimetre) ISI marked IS :3818 finished with nickel plating and fixing with necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double strip (horizontal type) magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etcetera complete all complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing edge burnt Tape of size 1mm (one millimetre) thick of superior quality complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) fency handle for cub board shutter superior quality with necessary screws etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres (three squaremetre) and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etcetera complete and stacking including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
