Sewerage Treatment Plant
Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant of 1.72 MLD capacity based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (S.B.R.) technology including evolving of hydraulic & structural design & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning followed by Tertiary Treatment by constructing wet land, multimedia filter, auto chlorination as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition). The Sewage Treatment plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & SS =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms i.e. PH = 6.5 - 9.0 day BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, SS < 20 mg /litre NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, Fecal Coli form (MPN /100 ml) <100. The scope of work including C/O inlet chamber, 2 Nos. Screen channel with cleaning arrangement, 2 Nos. Grit channels, Partial flume, CCT, coarse and fine bar screen, sewage collection, 2 Nos. reactors with Sequencing Batch Reactor ( S.B.R.) technology of required capacity installed therein, alum dosing tank with required arrangement, polyectrolyte solution tank, Sludge recycle system with pumping arrangement, Sludge dewatering system (Mechanical Dewatering) comprising of sludge sump, filter press and filter press house, by pass arrangement for all units, walkways, Boundary wall, street lights, gate, SITC of electromechanical for sewage treatment plane , DG set ,Plant building including laboratory of required class as per CPHEEO manual of Sewerage and Sewage treatment, Lab equipments & furniture, chlorine contact chamber with solution tank and solution dozer constant head- type, providing and installation of all mechanical & electrical equipments including site development all kinds of soil complete in all respect and as per term and conditions of NMCG.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE.
Repair & Maintenance of STP to Operate repair & Maintenance all civil works and electromechanical equipment in sewerage treatment plant of 1.72 MLD capacity for 15 years including disposal of dry sludge complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, firm shall comply the stringent effluent as per latest norms/ standard and as per terms and conditions of NMCS.
