Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Providing fixing of Median Marker made of polycarbonate for impact resistance and good weatherability. Polycarbonate used for molding the Median Marker shall have a minimum Izod impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature. The impact strength of the polycarbonate should not decrease to less than 70 % of its initial value on being subjected to UV weathering as per ASTM G 155 for 1000 hours or exposure to 2 years of natural weathering. The body of the median marker shall be in the form of an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length 15 cm, height and width of 10x10 cm. The Median Marker shall have fluorescent yellow retro-reflective sheeting conforming to type XI specifications as per ASTMD 4956. Area of reflective sheeting should not be less than 70 cm2. Edge of retro-reflective sheeting shall be concealed using a grill/ mesh/ similar mechanism to prevent vandalism and sheeting pilferage. A 9 Ply - 18 mm thick plywood sheet of size 0.50 m x 0.50m to fix inside the box and the following shall be supply and fix firmly on the ply wood sheet and giving necessary connections between Isolator - contactor - timer - out going MCBs etc., with suitable size of PVC copper wires /bus links and suitable holes to be made at bottom sheet of the box for incoming / outgoing cables and install the box at site as directed during execution by the site Engineer. a) Incoming: 63 A FP Isolator - 1 No., b) Out Goings: 40A 4-pole MCB - 2 Nos. c) LED indicator lamps - 3 Nos.d) ML - 4 3 Pole, 415 V Power Contactor L & T) - 1 No.e) Togele / 6 Amps 2 Way Switch and giving connections.- 1 No. f) Digital Time Switch (L & T) - 1 No. g) An earthing terminal should be provide to the box. h) Danger name plate -1 No. i) The ratings of switches, feeder name, bus bar / cable chamber etc., shall be indicate on panel with stickering letters as directed during execution.

Providing of Independent Earthing with 40mm Dia GI Pipe 'B' class of 2 Mtrs length after excavating an earth pit of size 1.5 m X 0.9 m X 2.05 m (Top 1.50 m X 0.90 m X 0.9m & bottom 1.20 m X 0.90 m X 1.15 m) with the following specification:- (a) the GI pipe shall be inserted into the Ground for 1.75 Mtr below the inspection chamber bottom 300 mm all around This pipe shall be covered with the mixture of 40 Kgs of coke, 20 Kgs of salt & sand including necessary earth work excavation in all kind of soils. (b) The excavated gap shall be back filled with excavated earth, and shall be properly consolidated with water. (c) The top 0.25 m of GI pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hum pipe . The all around inspection chamber shall be provided with 18" dia hume pipe. Earth connections shall be given to the 25 X 6 mm GI flat with bolts, nuts & washers, (d) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embedded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound. (e) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.

Supply and run of ' 8 ' SWG GI wire for earth electrode to required places buried in ground at not less than 0.5 mtrs below the ground level after excavation of trench and filling with 6" sand all around the earth strip and refilling etc., and giving necessary connections with 3/8" x 2" GI, Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of suitable outdoor type feeder pillar box made with 14 SWG CRCA sheet after 7 tank process including S & F 40-63A FP MCB, 9 Nos SP MCB's, din channel, bus bars, 6 Sq mm 3 core copper cable for internal wiring, contactor, connectors and provision for energy meter etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of Pedestal for Inaugaration stone including earth work for foundation, PCC ( 1:4:8), Sand filling, Brick Masonary work in CM (1:6), Plastering in Cement Mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick, Painting to new walls with 2 coats over primary coat ( total 3 coats )of plastic emulsion paint, Fixing of Granite stone (2'x4') and Engraving letters , other incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work as per the dimension approved by the Engineer-in-Charge
