Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) K N static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres,, to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement; four sand : eight graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeters) nominal size mixed and vibrated mechanically and curing complete including the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths as per technical specification clause 802, 803 1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete grade M-20( M-twenty ) nominal mix 1:2:4 ( one cement: two sand :four graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeters ) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete including cost of form work curing in bed block complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, G S T or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
