Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of existing old PPG lining including FRP exposing base surface, raking out joints and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead etc at all levels and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing Plain Cement Concrete by mechanical/ manual means without damaging adjacent structures, including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work for all kind of soil,rock etc by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means without blasting in foundation trenches or drains including refilling,dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m, also including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils within a lead of 50 m as per specfcation and as directed by EIc.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works upto 3 meter height, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. but excluding cost of Form work, shuttering, centering complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, erecting, fabricating & laying of acid resistant HDPE pipe for handling acidic/base water to the required slope including cutting, welding the same, providing all the required HDPE specials (Flange ended, bend, T-Connection including HDPE flange etc) with all tools, tackles, nut-bolts, material and manpower required to complete the job as per the specification and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. Approximate quantity required of 6" HDPE specials are 10 Nos of Flange ended connections, 9 Nos of T-Connection 6"x12" and 9 nos bend connections etc. 2. Approximate quantity required of 12" HDPE specials are 15 Nos of Flange ended connections, 3 nos bend connections, 1 Nos of T-Connection etc. 3. The measurement shall be taken along the centre line of pipes including fittings or specials, no additional payment will be made for fittings. 4. Expansion joints with PTFE/Rubber bellow of size 12" shall be provided @ 20 m spacing for 12" HDPE line as per the directions of EIC (Rate of expansion bellow joint including all necessary fittings shall be included in this item only and nothing extra is payable on this account) .

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for trenches, Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). in tenches (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, foundations, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto plinth level finishing complete, excluding cost of Rebars, centering, shutteringetc all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plastering 20 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick PPG sheet lining over a base of 1.5mm FRP lining including provision of adequate cleaning of surface, application of adhesive, laying of PPG sheet followed with homogeneous fusion welding and providing additional strip of 25mm thick duly welded to base sheet including spark testing of lining curing, required testing, equipment and all special transition pieces, groove moulds, corners all as per specification and etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) The surface shall be sufficiently clean and dry before installation of FRP base followed by PPG lining. The floor surface shall have a mild roughness like sand finish plaster and from scales, loose material, oil, grease etc. The FRP lining and PPG sheet also shall be cleaned all the foreign material. 2)No dust, sand or other particle shall be allowed at joints and also homogeneity shall be properly ensured at all the joints. 3)The bonding shall be ensured by conducting sound test using plastic/wooden mallet.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Erecting Structural Steel work in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide steel primer etc. as required including providing & fixing all required Connection Accessories like Tension Ties, Tie Rod, Brackets, Plates, Nut, bolts and duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations and size as per approved drawing etc. upto 7 meter height, necessary scaffolding, all materials, manpower, tools and tackles, transport etc. all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinery for making of hole joints at HDPE pipe inlet/outlets upto 50 cm alround the pipe entry point, making good the same with polymer modified ready to use non shrink micro concrete RENDROC - RG of FOSROC or equivalent to match the surrounding, using bonding agent on all surfaces being repaired as directed by the Engineer, treating the repaired area with three coats of Acrylic polymer modified water proofing cement slurry (polymer : Cement = 1:2 by volume or as recommended by the manufacturer) of FOSROC/ MASTERCRITE M-81 of choksey chemical Pvt. Ltd or equivalant approved by the Engneer In Charge, providing one layer of Glass fiber mesh 50x60 cm around the HDPE pipe mouth when the first coat is green as direcetd by the Engineeer, applying a second coat of Acrylic polymer modified water proofing cement slurry and finally finishing with a third coat by allowing time gap in between the coats as per manufacturers recommendations, making leak tight joints with polymer modified cement mortar 1:1 with teflon tap, curing etc. complete including all necessary arrangements like scaffolding etc. as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supplying and laying of seived coarse sand (zone-III) and spread it equally over complete area by manual means or mechanically,including royalty, transportation, loading, unloading, spreading, seiving etc. complete as directed by the engineer In charge.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete including all materials,manpower, tools and tackles, transport etc. all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing, erecting & fixing of acid resistant HDPE valves with acid resistant HDPE for handling acidic/base water including making connections with HDPE flanges of HDPE pipe line, providing all the required HDPE specials (acid resistant connecting struts, gaskets etc) with all tools, tackles, material and manpower required to complete the job as per the specification and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
