COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SOIL INVEST, PREP OF ARCH, STRL DRGS, MEP SERVICES, ESTIMATE AND RATE ANALY ETC INCL APPROVAL OF DRGS FROM GRIHA 3 STAR RATING GREEN BLDG NORMS FOR PROVN OF OTM ACCN FOR CESR AT OAF UNDER AGE(I) (P) SRINAGAR

Provision of complete consultancy services ( as listed below in Item No 1.00 to 1.90) as per relevent IS code practice and standard Engineering Norms and practices complete all as specified and as directed. A- Soil Investigation- Soil Investigation by doing bore holes having dia 100 to 150 mm upto 10 mtr below MGL for 34 Nos bore. (aa) Preparation/Drilling of bore holes having dia 100 to 150 mm upto 10 mtr below MGL upto the hard strata. Rock or refusal whichever occurs earlier for building including boring, sampling, Para (a) to (e). Each bore hole depth should be minimum 10 mtr. Sampling shall be done as per relevant latest IS Codes (1982-2021) complete and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Above test shall include carrying out of SPT and collecting disturbed & undisturbed saniples as per IS code and up to 1 mtr interval or at every change of strata. (b) Carrying out laboratory tests with the disturbed / undisturbed sampling and find out grain size analysis, classification, consistency, density, Atterberg limits, FMC/OMC, analysis conducted as per relevant IS code. (c) Evaluate allowable bearing capacity / SBC of soil by analytical methods. (d) Submission of 3 copies report of soil investigation report and other details including making of bore hole logs. (e) In soil test report recommendation of SBC should give for all bore holes for minimum three depths for each bore hole. (f) Recommendation of footing type minimum foundation size as under: 1.5x 1.5m, 1.5 x 2.5m, 2.0 x 2.5m, 2.0 x 3.0 m (g) All testing shall be carried out as per relevant and latest IS code provision. (h) Photographic record of geo-exploration and testing shall also be a part of report. (i) Location plan of bore holes and section showing stratification in summary form (highest & lowest) and seasonal variation of water table should be mentioned in the report. (j) Recommendation with respect to liquefaction potential of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated soil. (k) Recommendation with respect to swelling potential of soil (i.e. Liquid limit, Plastic limit, Plasticity index & swelling pressure in respect of BC soil & its depth/layers). (l) Calculation ofSBC value at proposed depth need to be part of soil investigation. (m) Estimation of pile capacity for one open capacity of different size of pile with calculations need to be part of soil investigation report.(n) Transport charges for equipment and machinery at site. (o) The location of bore holes shall be as directed by Engg-in-carge. B. All as per item No A above but depth upto 15 mtr and 18 Nos bores. C. All as per item No A above but depth upto 20 mtr and 19 Nos bores. D. Plate Load Test for 14 Nos bores and also determine the 'K 'value on all those locations.

(a) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete conceptual plans, Architectural Drawings (Site plans, Plans of all Buildings, all side elevations, Cut Sections, Various sections through Stairs, Critical sections, detailings showing internal fixtures, cupboards, kitchen details, toilet details, elevation feature details, Schedule of Finishes, Arch TD Drawings (in appropriate scales) in REVIT/AutoCad for Following Buildings, While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture, Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , Local Bye laws, BPs and AE-II of the subject work. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. In case of any discrepancy beteween these documents the decision of accepting officer will be obtained before finalizing the drawings. The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Architects of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-6 Section ) ,( E-2(Plg) Officers for Sch of Finishes ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. (c) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete Electrical & Mechanical services drawings, design calculations & detailed estimates with details showing internal electric supply, external electric supply, external water supply, Mechanical laundry, RO plant, passenger lifts, Goods lifts, solar power plant, CHS plant for space heating, firefighting system, Fire extinguishers, electric chimney for cook house, deep freezers, cassette type AC, Hot water Supply, solid waste management and fixing site for all E/M equipment. While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to Scale of Accomdation-2022, Zonal Specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (For maximum star rating). ECBC Norms, CFEES (approval & recommendation), Local Bye laws, BPs and AE Part-II of the subject work. In case of any discrepancy between these documents the decision of accepting officer will be obtained before finalizing the drawings. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ Chief Engineer 31 Zone on any working Day. The above-mentioned drawings & estimates shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of E/M officers of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-4 section) and will have to approve by Accepting Officer before finalization. (d) Preparation, submission and finalization of Detailed Estimates,Yardsticks and Market rate analysis (on prescribed format for the same used in MES) for following buildings and services based on drawings prepared and approved as per para 1 to 1.20 above. The estimates shall be based on rates given in SSR 2020 Part-II, , if rate of any Item is not availaible in SSR 2020 Part-II, the same should be applied based on Market rate of the Item reduced/enhanced to SSR 2020 Part-II, & by applying market variation percentage as per percentage over SSR for the relevent quarter circulated by HQ CE 31 Zone. All these documents can be obtained from the office of CE31 Zone on any working Day.The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Contract section officers of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-8 Section ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization. (e) Submission of drawings and services plans prepared as per Item No 1 to 1.20 above to GRIHA Council/Secretariat and obtaining approval of GRIHA Council for the drawings and services plans as per GRIHA-3 star rating norms and submitting the 06 copies of Griha approved drawings to the office of CE 31 Zone in A-3 Size tracing sheet. (f) Laisioning and coordinating with GRIHA team for registration of the project by filling Expression of Interest form online on GRIHA Website and paying the required registration Fees to GRIHA Authorities, uploading relevent documents , responding to queries, observations, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team with in specified time frame and reporting the same to HQ CE 31 Zone and obtaining Final registration certificate/ number including login id and password for the project from the GRIHA authorities, for following buildings.
