Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints of all non operational area including buildings up to 3 Mtrs at HWPK plant site, Job includes problem rectification of lights, Fans, including Temporary light cable lying/ wiring work etc. Note: Any job at ground elevation or using portable ladder.

Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints height more than 3 mtrs any where in the plant including street light. Job includes problem rectification of lights, including cable laying at existing cable tray/cable trench Note: Any job requiring wheel mounted ladder/ scaffold .

AMC of Air Conditioners: Following jobs shall be carried out through out the contract period:- a) Bi-monthly preventive maintenance of window/split/cassette type ACs b) Attending the day to day complains/ breakdown maintenance c) All type of maintenace like replacement of compressor, leak test, Gas charging, replacement of blower, condenser fan are under the scope of vender. Under preventive maintenance jobs are cleaning of filters, condenser and evaporator, checking of the all power connection. replacement of overheated lugs of the compressor, performance check of ACs & record the current & Temp of the cold air with the help of digital thermometer. As per the requirement supply and replacement of minor components i.e.thimbles, knobs, rubber bush etc as per requirement and cells for remote (Min 100Nos Cells to be supplied & 200 Nos Thimbles for compressor), are under the scope of vender. Detailed technical specifications is attached. Note: Digital Thermometer should be provided by the vendor and available with AC Mechanics. All tools tackles including LPG cane for brazzing are under the scope of vender

Drinking Water Coolers: Following jobs shall be carried out through out the contract period:- a) Monthly cleaning of the water storage tank of drinking water coolers with cleaning agents and steel brush including cleaning of the water collecting tray. After cleaning the tank, top cover should be sealed with brown tape b) Attending the day to day complains/ breakdown maintenance c) All type of maintenace like replacement of compressor, leak test, Gas charging, replacement of blower, condenser fan are under the scope of vender. Under maintenance jobs are replacement of overheated lugs of the compressor, . performance check of water coolers, shifting of water cooler from one location to another location as per requirement. Supply and replacement of minor components i.e. fan capacitors up to 4 micro farad (metallic), knobs, rubber bush etc as per requirement are under the scope of vender. Detailed technical specifications is attached. All tools tackles including LPG cane for brazzing are under the scope of vender

Drawl of the materials from the central stores and carrying it to sectional store arrangement of items at sectional store as per instructions of store in charge. Updating inventory status and segregation of the scrap materials and hand over to the store. (1 lot= each type of item drawn from or handed over to central stores every time)

Replacement of the damaged LED lights / conventionals lights, installation of new points in buildings/ any modification works or attending the points raised by SSC

Supply of following spare parts / components of OEM / genuine / reputed make for split type / window type air conditioners, water cooler/ desert cooler as per technical specifications. All spares / components shall be got approved from EIC.

The maintenance of street light poles at plant area. Job involves Repair of pole foundation, and painting the poles, JB on the poles and cable conduits near by the pole. The painting process after manually and/or mechanical cleaning of entire surface and removing oil, grease, rust, loose mill scale or existing primer as per specification and as directed by the engineer. Applying the coat of red oxide primer each of 40 to 45 micron per coat dry film thickness of approved make and after word 2 coat of Al Paint. Supply of the paint, brush & other require tools is under the scope of vender. Poles are included all type of poles & old towers except Hi Mast Tower. Once the painting is completed, the name of the Steet light Pole will be written on black background with white paint. Each letter measuring Min 3 inches in size as per the instruction of EIC.contractor should deployed their own supervisor for this work.
