Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres high from the starting point, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( nominal mix ) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified.

110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints, laid/fixed to trenches or in floor , including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 450mm, including dismantling existing pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HPSV/ MH/ 4x14 Watt street Light fittings of any make and capacity from 9 metre high pole after disconnecting the electric connection carefully, complete all as specified and directed.

Energy Efficient 45W LED Street Light fixtures with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 K and conforming to the degree of protection IP - 66 suitable for pole dia 35/40 mm fixed on existing poles complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09m long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi-standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including making necessary connections at both ends, including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed.
