Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 to 18 mm thick udaipur green stone slab, as in cooking plateform/ WHB counter top, machine cut, (table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, including & over 20 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in WHB counter top, machine cut, (table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, over & including 15 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE), as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles, over & including M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-above, but as in skirting / dado/ verticle surfaces, over & including M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 250X450X6-7mm / 300X450X6-7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including M&L 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 400X400X6 to 7 mm thick (square), as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick as in floor laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including M&L 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 here-in-above, but as in skirting / dado/ verticle surfaces (single piece for steps), over & including M&L 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick Yellow Jaislmer stone as in floor, steps/risers/skirtings etc., over & including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 complete incl mirror polishing, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone masonry, RCC surfaces, dado surfaces etc complete including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete ceiling surfaces / sunsheds / facia / RCC chajja, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble or polygonal rubble un-coursed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or un-coursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note -i)- Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note -i)- Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

Taking down steel windows and ventilators ( glazed / fly proof) of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made box type windows (steel) (BWM) with side hung shutter with cooler opening as shown in Drg No CEJZ/TD/20 sheet1/3 to 3/3 complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)-Both shutter (wherever applicable) will be jointed internally with flat iron of size 40 x 4mm and quoted rate deemed to include the cost component of the same. (ii)- Guard bar, Glass panes & wirecloth shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F factory made PVC shutter 30 mm thick (style)consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frmae shall be covered with heat moulded plain color PVC channel having a PVC sheet for top rail of 20mm width width stuck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain color PVC sheet for top rail lock rail on other side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Paneling of plain color PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with slovent cement complete all as specified.

S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and Style as per IS:1003 (Part-1), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 35mm thick factory made 2nd class HW glazed and skelton shutter and open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges or framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/hard standing laid in alternative bays using glass dividing strips including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight in 2 mtr interval, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster, padding,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places where as directed.
