Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position (as in roof slabs etc) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified

Supply only Integral water proofing compound and used as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) by using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight as per manufacturer instructions as in roof leveling course etc. complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L 25mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding and (roof levelling course) on roof surfaces complete all as specified. Note- Water proofing compound to be used @ 3% by weight of cement content for concrete padding work.

Taking down plastering in cement mortar on brick or stone wall/ ceilings etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick work, chajja, facia, bottom of roof slabs etc in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement but by using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified

All as per Item no 8.00 above, but 10 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3 by using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified

M&L for treating walls and parapets, down facia and chajjas etc. for water proofing treatments by using Dr. Fixits Newcoats (Pidilite) by using fibre mess 45 gms as per manufacturers instruction after preparing the surfaces by cleaning, washing and removing all loose dirts/ dust etc and filling the cracks by cutting 'V' type grooves on Horizontal or vertical surfaces with Dr. Fixits SBR, Crax X powder and cements with professional applicators of Dr. fixits and manufacturers complete all as specified. Note :- 1. The written warranty certificate from auth applicator / manufacturers to be obtained and produced to the department. 2. The RWP/Waste pipe and water pipe line junction area to be sealed properly and effectively. 3. The rate of scaffolding upto 2nd floor is included in the unit rate.

Taking down & Removing of existing roof treatment away from the premises is included in the unit rate. 3. The RWP/Waste pipe and water pipe line junction area to be sealed properly and effectively.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and and applying Two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of Acrylic emulsion weather proof Paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 and n. exc 1000 ltr ,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified.

All as per Item no 15.00 above, but size of tank exceeding 1000 Ltr and not exceeding 2000 Ltrs complete all as specified.

S&F iron framed work such as grills-gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted , and framed work for iron cage of water tanks and covers and for portions framed and hung as gates including hinges and sliding bolts etc similar work confirming to Fe-290- Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F for 6 mm thick MS Plates (plain or chequered ) square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe-410W Gde- E-250 A quality , complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , n. exc 5 cm long with dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) rounded and chamfererd as in bases for posts/ footings, and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 with WPC (@ 3 % by weight of cement contents ) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.
