REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, CGI SHEETS, VALLEY GUTTER AND CERTAIN REPAIR WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STATION UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Taking down cement plaster including ,tarfelt from old concrete roof/chajja and cleaning by picking ,sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust etc and M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1;3) on roof slab/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weright of cement complete all as as specified and directed . Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (minimum) weighing 4.00 Kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be applied over and including one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on newly plastered surface @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm duly thermo fused by flame torch all as specified in method of application manual of the manufacturer.

Demoliton of PCC/Tiles of any descriton and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removing the rubbish off and provision of 10mm thick renderng in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate ) in roof, mud stop or roof kerbs ,round or chamfered on edges including demolition of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repair,cleaning ,etc and hosting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning, removing all scale dirt etc form tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe, repalcement old tank nipple, unions, stop cock, tank cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 25mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia ball valves PTMT high pressure with polythylene float and fly nut Screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 15mm steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

S&F 25mm steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair 20 mm gun metal gate or globe valve with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC Float valve 20mm bore, Tank cover, wash out 15cm long and overflow pipe upto nearest roof projection (20cm beyond roof) necessary tank nipples, after disconnecting existing tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC float valve 20mm bore, tank cover, wash out 15cm long and overflow pipe upto nearest roof projection (20cm beyond roof), tank nipple,after disconnecting existing tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi -corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc fixed with L/J type or cranked hook bolts, inlcuding dismantling of old damaged sheets in roof /wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only, 6mm thick asbestos cement/0.63mm thick galvanized mild steel, corrugated or semi -corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc fixed with L/J type or cranked hook bolts, after replacement of damaged sheet, inlcuding storage in safe custody serviceable sheets inlcuding dismantling of sheets in roof /wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ridge covering sheet or cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old sheet of any type complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 20 mm thick, second class hard wood Weather boarding, planed one sides with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves board in repair to replace old and or decayed boarding in patches including cutting out old, piecing, heading joints etc at any height (G+2) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, steel work in tubular posts, trusses, purlin including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 including dismantling MS work of any description complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Welded Steel wire fabric n exc 4Kg/Sqm fixed with wooden/ steel framework complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Mild steel plain black sheet 1.25mm thick as in valley gutters,cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framework with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel framework as in bands, straps, supprots, clamps, stays for rainwater ventilating pipes, valley gutters and Wind Ties confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote complete all as specified and as directed

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces incl preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
