Maintenance of Renigunta Papanaidupeta Kalahasti road from km.0/8 to 24/6 (SH 413) (working reaches from Km.0/8 2/4, 12/4 to 17/4 and 18/4 to 24/6) for the year 2026-27

Providing B.T.Patches on the existing B.T.surface using aggregate of 40 to 45 mm IRC size M/C metal with required quantity of 9.5 - 11.20mm HBG M/C key chips and 42Kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade per cum of course aggregate both for premixing and for tack coat including cutting grooves and neatly dressing the edges for boxing the patch materials irrespective of thickness without any protrode or projection including cost of brushing and cleaning the surface with brass brooms of all the dust and earth and heating the bitumen to the required temperature hand drum mixing and laying the premix to the prepared surface to a suitable thickness as directed during execution after laying tack coat to proper camber sectioning levelling hand packing and consolidation with 8 to 10 ton smooth wheeled road roller, including cost and conveyance of metal from aproved quarry to work spot and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurements cost and conveyance of 42 kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade (Total quantity including wastage) to work spot including hire and operational charges of all T&P and labour charges etc.,complete excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Removal of unserviceable soils upto SDR including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 mts etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 301(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Making up loss of materials/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soils and compacting it with appropriate equipment as per MORT&H specification 3003 (5th revision)

Clearing Juliflora(prosafis) jungle including uprooting and removal jungle either road berms and burning etc.,complete as directed by departmental officersduring execution.

Clearing light jungle including uprooting and removal of Jungle either side of road berms and burning etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution

Stripping the excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting it with approplats equipment as per MORT&H specification3003 (5th revision)

Supply and fixing of missing HM stones of size 0.90x0.20x0.20 mts with VRCC (1:2:4) using 20 mm HBG M/C chips including cost conveyance of all other materials, fabrication charges etc., complete

Painting old HM stones of size 0.90x0.20x0.20 m painting two coats with synthetic enamel painting letters and figures as directed during excecution and painting lettering and fixing of HM stones and all labour charges including operational and incidental charges and (t&p) charges etc.,complete for finished item of work.
