Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work , lift upto 1.50 meter stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm( Fifteen centimeter). Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20m( Twenty meter) complete in pick and jumper work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete block os size 40cm x 19cm x 20cm (Forty into Ninteen into Twenty centimeter) including quoin block and closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) laid with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing comlete insuper structure upto floor two level as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including, centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4m ( four meter) and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in small surface, such as cantilevers ends, brackets and ends of steps, caps and base of pillasters and columns and the like as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty milimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and thier support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two leve as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto floor level reinfored cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty milimeter) nominal size) to give a smooth and even suface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in string course, coping, bed plates,anchoor blocks, plain windows sills and the like as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, straightning, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels including arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) including preparing drip course grooves or lining as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design ( Apexultima) or its equrlaied on undercorated wall surface (two coats) to give an shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/Tubuler section trusses and framed work, railing, grating etc. including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and; placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint. In beams joints channels, angles tee, flats with connecting plates or angle clears as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connerted to common rafters and the like as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

providing and fixing 250 x 16mm (Two hundred fifty into sixteen milimeter) anodized aluminium sliding door bolt andized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc: complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With readymixed paint other than white as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m ( Fifteen meter), dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 Sand : 10 Graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of formwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm ( One hundred) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 ( Six hundred fourteen, Seven hundred four, One thouand two hundred four ) as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
