Earth work excavation in all kinds of Soils for Structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 0.50Mtrs. Dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/ 304 MORTH VP No. 484.

Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

Collection and supply of 2.36mm to 5mm HBG Chipse/Quarry dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and spreading the same to irrespective thickness including sectioning, levelling ramming and watering etc. complete as per S.S. and as directed by the Site Engineer.

Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Providing PCC Grade M15 (nominal mix) with minimum Cement of 330 Kgs/ Cum of Concrete using 20mm (60%) and 10mm (40%) size graded machine crushed HBG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all charges for machine mixing laying concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing fo 14 days etc. complete for finished item of workas per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Authorities( with out form work) for drain bed

Providing PCC Grade M15 (nominal mix) with minimum Cement of 330 Kgs/ Cum of Concrete using 20mm (60%) and 10mm (40%) size graded machine crushed HBG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all charges for machine mixing laying concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing fo 14 days etc. complete for finished item of workas per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Authorities( with form work) for drain wall

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) Cement component not less than 400Kgs / cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
