Special Eligibility Criteria

   (a) The tenderer should be OEM or authorized by OEM for this specific tender. (b) Tenderer shall successfully supplied at least one similar Motorized Bogie Load Testing Machine to any govt. Organization/PSU in last 5 years from the date of this tender closing. Tenderer must attached documents, PO & R-Note / Inspection Certificate/commissioning Certificate in support of supply.The similar machine is defined as Load Testing Machine for Bogies of Loco/Rolling stock. (c) The document in support of the above two conditions shall submit/ upload along with the offer and no document in support of these will be accepted after the opening of tender. (d) The offer of Tenderer not complying with para (a), (b), & (c) above shall be summarily rejected.

   (a) Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier and Class II local supplier (certification to be provided as per revised " Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 dated 16.09.2020 [referred as PPP-MII order 2017 in subsequent paras]), for the tendered item(s), shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying criteria, including status of Vendor approval, which may be applicable for purchase of the item. (b) Offers of only Class-I local supplier and Class-II local supplier, as defined under the PPP-MII order 2017 and amendment thereof, shall be considered for any ordering.

The rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bids in IREPS will be final for all purposes and rate quoted else where will not be considered. The bidders should quote the total price considering the price of Basic Machine, Concomitant Accessories, Essential Spares, optional accessories and Essential Services as per Spec as part of their financial bid only.
