Dismantling of flushing cistern, urinal of all types (C.I./PVC/ Vitreous China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying machine cut, mirror polished Marble stone flooring, in required design (Simple geometrical, abstract etc.) and in patterns in combination with Italian marble stones of different colours, shades and finished surface texture etc., in linear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm, including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the marble shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as Specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (including False Ceiling) with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.: 2 OR MORE COAT

Providing and fixing white vitreous China flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm with automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS : 2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, Approved make: Jaquar URS-WHT-13267S Wall Hung Sensor Urinal with Integrated Flush Kit & Spreader - 360x350x710 mm or its equivalent.

Supply and fixing of 6mm mirror of approved make and brand. Preferred brand- Saint- Gobin or its equivalent.

Supply and fixing of censored/ automated Pillar cock, bib cock, and manual health faucet, angular stop cock of approved make and brand with other necessary materials as per EIC. Supply and fixing of tissue holder, soap holder of approved make and brand.
