Supply and installation of grease separator plant suitable for underground installation. The Grease Separator should be made from polyethylene for longer life. The Grease Separator should have nominal capacity not less than 2170 Ltrs with Inlet/ Outlet socket of nominal dia of minimum 150mm with grease storage capacity of minimum 415 ltrs and sludge storage capacity of minimum 1005 ltrs. Total weight of grease separator should be minimum 128 kg with overall dimension of atleast 1320mm x 2828mm (Dia X Ht). The Grease Separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal dia of minimum 65mm and nominal pressure of 10 kg with couplings for two-sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 blank cap and Counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 black cap. Top cover of the Grease Separator plant should be made from concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of minimum 600 mm diameter. The cover should be odour-free when closed. The weight of the cover should be 145 kg and manufactured to meet 1.50 ton load class requirement. (The rate shall be included for supply & installation, provide three days training for operation/function and transportation at site) as per DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040 100 suitable for underground installation).Make ACO Passavant ,Model No NS10 Grease Separator plant or equivalent model in Saniflo, Kingspan Klargester as approved by GE.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains pipe of size 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5 in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n. exc. 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick/ stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement; finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on walls on brick/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
