O and M of High Mast Light at Industrial Area Tinwari

A complete job for operation and maintenance of street lights(High Mast) including all required materials with armoured or unarmoured cable (for existing street lights) at Industrial Area Tinwari under the jurisdiction of this unit office.The work is to be executed on the following terms (a) The work includes timely ON or OFF of street lights , replacing of spare parts , wiring , cable , street light fixtures as and when required. (b) The work also includes removal of all type of faults in panels and fuse boxes etc. complete connection so as to keep the street light network in working condition. (c) The work includes the cost of labours or electricians etc. and all the materials or spare part of category-I required for the purpose such as bulbs, chokes, wiring, armoured or unarmoured cable , PVC or XLPE insulated and PVC sheated cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor etc. confirming to latest IS code and any other material required for removal of faults in panels and fuse boxes and connection purposes etc. (d) The work also includes the excavation of trench for laying of underground cable including taking out bricks etc. and laying the same in original condition i.e. filling or refilling or levelling of ground etc. complete in all respect as required for fault or renewal or repairing purpose with all labour or material required T and P etc. (e) The work also includes the laying of overhead bunch cable on existing cable or tubular poles including making connection with required material or labour and Tand P. Complete in all respect. (f) No material of any kind will be supplied by the corporation. All cost of any such as labours or materials with T and P etc. shall be borne by the contractor himself. High Mast Operation and maintenance of existing streetlights on PCC Poles or Tubular Poles (including installation of new streetlight fixtures) at industrial area Tinwari. The work of Operation and maintenance shall be got executed as per direction of Engineering Incharge (A.S.E. , A.R.M.and R.M.) and as per enclosed terms and Conditions.
