Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in brick wall, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- All runs of cable and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one unit of lenth.

Note:- Toping up engine oil shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of defective alternator/ dynamo/ self starter from engine and supplying and fixing new alternator/ dynamo/ self starter 24 Volts DC make:- TVC Lucas or equivalent as approved by GE including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts mounting clamp etc. complete all as specified and as direceted.

Dismantling of self starter 24 Volt DC by disconnecting battery connection, taking out to civil workshop for carrying out following repair works and refixing including testing complete:- (i) Rewinding of armature and field coil (ii) Replacement of carbon brush and solenoid switch (iii) Replacement of gear assembly complete all as specified and as direceted.

Dismantling of self starter 12 Volt DC by disconnecting battery connection, taking out to civil workshop for carrying out following repair works and refixing including testing complete:- (i) Rewinding of armature and field coil. (ii) Replacement of carbon brush and solenoid switch. (iii) Replacement gear assembly complete all as specified and as direceted.

Taking down u/s battery 12 V 180 AH from the DG set and supply and install 12 V, 180 AH maintenance free battery including terminal clamps, copper terminal lead of suitable size/ length, battery stand complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 71 above but DG set of capacity 62.5 kVA to 100 kVA.

Taking out FIP from DG set of capaicity 62.5 kVA to 100 kVA, transportation to authorised service centre for repair/ maintenance and refixing to DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as plunzers, governer kit with pin, nozzels, head ball guide kit, head sheet, rock rod, rollar bearing, oill seal, pistion and ring pin, joint kit and sleeves complete all as specified and as directed.
