Providing services for Property survey and property tax assessment:- Zonal Offices Jurisdiction wise door to door Enumeration and Numbering of new properties (Lands & Buildings), door to door property survey Data collection for evaluation and assessment for capital value, Computerization of all collected data and link all data to software, Providing services and Carrying out all detail work mentioned in scope of work as per section no. 5.

1.1 External Reverification and assessment on capital value works of properties for already registered properties where no alterations, additional constructions found.

1.2 Survey, additional data collection, and assessment on capital value works for the unassessed, newly constructed, under and partially assessed properties and alteration, modification, and is found in Municipal records.

Software for Survey and Assessment Work:- Providing software executable file licenses and services and integrated copyright-registered mainframe and software for 5 year to fulfill and execute the scope of work under this tender- 1. Mobile application license for property numbering (geo sequencing) and executing surveys using mobile devices for the Property Tax Department. 2. Copyright-registered backend software to facilitate the computerization of the entire survey data as per Scope of work section no. 6

Software for Property Tax Collection:- Providing software executable file licenses and services and integrated copyright-registered mainframe and software for 5 year to fulfill and execute the scope of work under this tender- 1. Providing software property tax collection through online, CFC and Mobile based application for door to door property tax collection. 2.Data Analytics and Visualization Tool:- Providing services for Dashboard Customization and Deployment, Data Analytics & Visualization, Automated Reporting and Notifications, Manpower Deployment and Integration with Other Property Tax Systems 3.Providing services for Design, Development, and Deployment of WhatsApp Chatbot Services 4.Providing services for Design, Development, and Deployment of Block chain-Based Property Tax Management as per Scope of work section no.7

Software for Market license department:- Providing Software Executable file License & Services for 5 year- Integrated copyright registered mainframe and advance online web based software for the purpose of computerization, data entry of the various data and documents, registers for the License dept. of Municipal Corporation Akola and issue new License application module online, request/Renewal of Existing License certificate of Commercial Establishment through Online & Municipal CFC, recovery of license fees through Municipal counter payment , as per the tender documents and Municipal requirements, Maintenance of the software and staff training as per detail work mentioned in scope of work section no. 10.1
