Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidders are requested to examine the instructions, terms and conditions and specifications given in the Tender.

The Bidder shall be deemed to have satisfied himself fully before Bidding as to the correctness and sufficiency of its Bids for the contract and price quoted in the Bid to cover all obligations under this Tender.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Bidder should have an average total turnover of Rs.7.5 Crore (Rupees Seven crore Fifty Lakhs ) during the last three (2020-2021, 2021- 2022, 2022-2023) audited financial years

The Bidder should have at least Five work orders with value of minimum Rs.1.00 Crore in the last three years(on or before 1st April 2024) in the field of Live Web Casting

Work Done Certificate

The bidder should have work experience for providing Installation & configuration of at least 100 VoIP Enabled Phones at Exam Centers in a single examination for any Govt./Semi-Govt. Department/ PSUs/Government Undertaking during the last 3 financial years.

The Bidder should have executed minimum 5 similar projects of live web casting surveillance within one state during the Last three Years in India for any state/Central Govt/PSUs agencies

The bidder must have successfully executed 05 work orders from State/Central Govt. /PSU in India in providing web streaming and CCTV surveillance during last 05 Years as on day of bidding.

The Bidder should be a registered entity with Department of Registrar of Companies registered in India under the Companies Act 1956 or 2013.

The bidder must have valid ISO 9001 & CMMi Level 3 certification (verifiable on the IAF portal)) as of the date of bid publishing.

The bidder Should have registered with Labour department in Karnataka and should have valid form C certificate on or before 31.03.2024. In case bidder does not have registration, undertaking should be submitted for obtaining the Form- C Certificate on award of Work order.
