Dismantling of existing Parallel Plate Separator – Complete dismantling and safe removal of the old PPS unit from site including handling, labour, and disposal as directed by Engineer in charge

Lamella Clarifier Tank (Parallel Plate Separator) The Tank shall have a nominal capacity of 14 m³ (minimum ) and be fabricated from mild steel with precision moulding. The internal surfaces shall be lined with isophthalic resin– based FRP for enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance, while the exterior shall be coated with high- performance epoxy for corrosion protection. The tank shall have overall dimensions of 2.6 m × 2.6 m × 2.5 m, (minimum) featuring a rectangular configuration with a hydraulically optimized hopper bottom for efficient sludge collection and discharge. The structural shell shall have a total thickness of 4 mm, and the tank shall incorporate modular inclined sedimentation baffle assemblies to maximize settling efficiency. The design shall include appropriate stiffeners for structural integrity and a smooth FRP interior finish to reduce fouling and simplify maintenance.
