Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning 160 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn11, outdoor ONAN type, Copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled , step down transformer conforming to BEE standards with OFF circuit tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each and having cable end box on HV & LV side. The cable box at LV/HV side should be suitable to house for proper size and capacity of out going aluminium cable and to be provided with gland and gland plate. The transformer shall be provided with all standard accessories and first filling of filtred dehydrated transformer oil of IS :335 complete as per specification and conforming to IS :1180 : 2014, Energy efficiency level-3 (Equivalent to old Bee 5 Star) as per IS-1180/2014/Part-II. The transformer shall be following standard accessories complete all as directed :- (i) Name rating & Diagram plate - 01 No (ii) Off circuit tap changing switch - 01 No (iii) Earthing Terminals - 02 Nos (iv) Lifting lugs - 02 Nos (v) Oil level indicator (flush tube) - 01 No (vi) Oil drain valve with plug - 01 No (vii) Conservator with oil filling hole - 01 No (viii) Thermometer Pocket - 01 No (ix) 4" dial type thermometer stem type with MRP- 01 No (x) Air release plug - 01 No (xi) Silicagel breather - 01 No (xii) Removable inspection opening - 01 No (on and above 315 KVA) (xiii) Explosion vent - 01 No (xiv) Unidirectional CI rollers - 04 Nos Note : Dismantaling of Transformer will be done by M/s Torrent Power being their property. Rate shall be inclusive of arrangement for factory visit of officer detailed by Accepting officer to carry out routine test at factory premises.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, earthed, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade, of 3 core, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, earthed, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade, of 3 core, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead not exceeding 7.5 meters for each earth without protection pipe, including test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of GI all as shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part I to the extent applicable to this item including necessary making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LED street light fitting including driver with energy saving and enviornmental friendly made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED 70 Watt as lighting conforming to IS-10322 (Part 5/Section 3) 2012 and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and IK07 with 10KV inbuilt Surge protection device Reqmt of all sundry items ie three core copper wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC sheathed, insulation tape, screw, clamps, nuts and bolts for fixing of street light with dismantling are to be included in quoted rate. Make - Havells, Cat No Endura Cityliner Neo 70W/72W NDPD/ Philips Greenline cat ref BRP410 LED CW 072 MR FG S1 PSU GR / Crompton Cat No LST-70-CDL-M or equivalent GE lighting as approved by GE.

M&L for Steel tubes 40mm bore ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles / laid in road crossing etc complete all as required of following sizes.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to plinth or any other indicated situation for loop earhting etc as required 32x6mm dia galvanised iron strip including connecting with new earth pit complete all as directed.

Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

Labour & tools for horizontal boring 100mm using trenchless technology under road / path / floor for passing UG cables through GI pipe as required.

Supplying and erecting cast iron cable indicator plate of 150 mm dia 6 mm thick bolted to 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 concrete block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm deep including two coats of aluminium paint on metal work over a coat of red oxide primer burried along with route of cable complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic insulating mat of size 2Mtr x 1 Mtr x 2.5 mm class B, dielectric strength 45KV, conforming to IS 15652 : 2006, CPRI & ERDA approved complete all as directed.

M&L for insulated Rubber hand gloves tested upto 11 KV made out of compounded latex to compute insulation along test certificate.
